As a motorcycle owner who has already experienced theft

As a motorcycle owner who has already experienced theft, I was looking for compact protection with motion alerts and an included subscription. This tracker fits the bill perfectly. It provides clear, accurate positioning and dependable geofence alerts, the ergonomics and Android app support are also excellent as well as the configuration options.
A few weeks ago, the tracker exposed unauthorized use of my motorcycle at a dealership, allowing me to know, gather and share the evidence.
Minor downsides, are motion alerts that could be slightly faster (there's a delay of a few seconds, though nothing worrying), and the signal can be spotty in underground parking or garages, (which is perfectly understandable), despite continuously doing its job.
It is very small and lightweight, making it versatile for other needs like traveling or even child safety.
The battery life is impressive for its size and performs as promised, provided the settings are properly configured.
Overall, it is dependable and practical.
Having already tested two of the biggest competitors in the European and Portuguese markets (specifically Beepings and PAJ GPS) and having also tried Apple AirTags and Samsung SmartTags (which I’ve discarded as they aren't even comparable), I am honestly most satisfied with this one—not just for the hardware, but for the software, value for money, and the subscription model (I even managed to get a 3-year promotion, which was a great bonus).
I strongly recommend it.

Useless Junk

Garbage. I've tried two units and neither one worked as advertised. I bought it for the real time tamper alerts which would OCCASIONALLY work (maybe 1/50 times at best). Working even once, eliminates the possibility of user setup error and simply means these things are complete trash.
*Note that the both units passed the wifi and cellular network diagnostic test and still did not work

Accuracy not at the top.

It is the second time that I report the following but got this message quite often. The tracker gives erroneous localisation of my vehicle (10 Km away from my house) while the car is parked in front of the house. This is not the first time and wondering the accuracy of the system should the car is really stolen. The GPS system must be improved. Otherwise it makes no sense. I am livening in Rome Italy.

Invoxia dog tracker vs. Tractive

I tested the Invoxia dog GPS tracker for several weeks in direct parallel with Tractive, at the same time on the same dog (Marinette), which allows for a very direct comparison. Overall: Both trackers have strengths, but they clearly focus on different priorities. Battery life: Battery life on Invoxia is comparable to Tractive. It is solid and reliable, but not a decisive advantage over Tractive in daily use. GPS accuracy & live tracking: This is where the main difference becomes noticeable. Invoxia’s GPS positioning and live tracking are significantly slower. Location updates tend to lag behind, especially when the dog is moving. In direct side-by-side testing, Tractive performed clearly better in terms of speed, accuracy, and reliability for real-time tracking. Where Invoxia stands out: Focus on health monitoring (heart rate and respiratory rate) A calmer, less “noisy” system with fewer constant alerts Better suited for monitoring the general physical condition of a dog rather than just counting activity Where Tractive performs better: Much stronger live tracking Faster GPS updates Overall the better choice for real-time location tracking and safety while moving Conclusion: Invoxia is not a replacement for Tractive if reliable live GPS tracking is the priority. However, for users who value health data and a more relaxed, less activity-driven approach, Invoxia can be a useful alternative or complement. For pure GPS tracking, I personally continue to prefer Tractive.
But the Health-Tracking from Invoxia is the best!

The tracker worked well for first six…

The tracker worked well for first six months. Then the software update which did help with battery usage, but now it does not connect except over WiFi. I have been working with Texh support for 1 1/2 months. Still no progress on a fix. They did give us an extra month of service, but it would be great if it worked. The geofence is awesome- it can be configured for different shapes, not just a radius. It used to give me notifications when dog left fence and I could easily turn on tracking.

I bought a different tracker over Christmas to compare. So far this one is a brick and the other is working well. However if the Invoxia worked as it used to it would be superior to their competitor.

Customer service lags and often I go days without an answer or follow up. Recently it’s been over a week.

Best tracker on the market!

This tracker does everything you need it to exactly as expected! Accurate and timely location updates and pretty decent battery life. Only have to charge for about 15-30 minutes about once a month with my settings. Shows location history as well. Best tracker on the market!

I have the invoxia tracker pro lte version
I am not satisfied at all
The location only updates when the tracker is moving
That’s not bad at all to save battery life but when the tracker stops the position remains to the last checkpoint and not where the tracker stopped
And the location is refreshing every 3-4 minutes
So it will show you the exact location of the tracker but approximately 3-4 minutes away or if you are lucky fewer …..
Not recommended at all

Average product with expensive by comparison subscriptions once your initial period ends.
A SIM operated tracker doesn't cost any more to purchase, doesn't rely on other phones being close by for it's signal and an IoT SIM costs as little as £10 for 10 years!!

Absolutely trash

Absolutely trash. The app keeps crashing and I cannot access the tracker location anymore. To open a support request you are forced to go through the app... That doesn't work.

Well this is the best GPS system I’ve ever used. And you can track your bike or any vehicle anywhere and the tracker locates it. I had my motorcycle in the shop and when anything happened with the bike I knew about it. Great invention I’m going to buy two more for both cars. I hope that this review helps anyone who’s looking for a GPS tracker.

Bricked by their own firmware update

***UPDATE***
Invoxia has offered to send me a single new tracker (their latest and best model) for free and transfer any remaining subscription on the bricked trackers to the new tracker. To be clear, this doesn't solve my problem as I they bricked 4 trackers, and 1 new tracker means I still need to buy 3 more to get my fleet tracking back online. I am averse to spend more money on Invoxia after this experience so I will still be searching for a different solution for my fleet. However they've made an effort to make things right so I'm updating this review to 3 stars.

I hopped on Invoxia after an exhaustive search for GPS tracking solutions and landed on them for a few reasons:
1) They could operate when the vehicle is off for up to 3 months on the highest interval setting while still offering a no-charge solution as they could operate while remaining plugged in via USB.
2) They offered more than just cellular options (hello LongFi!)
3) They were quality built, sleek, and small.

They were so great I eventually bought a dozen of them for my fleet and the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they worked without major issues (a few hiccups but all taken care of within a week or two) and I even prepaid 3-4 years of subscription because I loved the way they worked.

Then came a firmware update. After updating them they stopped working. Some would not update the location no matter how much I drove. Some would not turn on at all.

Invoxia support was condescending ("try turning it off and on again") and ultimately told me no refunds unless I bought the trackers less than 30 days ago and no refunds on the years of subscription I have left unless I subscribed less than 30 days ago.

So that's it. Over a thousand dollars worth of product and subscription bricked by their firmware update and useless with no solution from Invoxia. They can't fix it, they won't replace the trackers, and they won't refund anything.

We adopted two adult dogs that we rescued in a forest during our trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina. Being both adults who live wildly and carry many traumas, their education and training requires more time and patience than normal. Minitailz has meant for us tranquility and happiness, because it allows us to leave them loose on walks and in case the walk is complicated, follow the trail of our dogs in real time. Information about activity and health is also very useful. It is undoubtedly the accessory that all dogs should carry, for their safety and for our tranquility.

this is a must have for pups with MVD!

Finding a reliable way to monitor my dog Mimo's health, particularly his Mitral Valve Disease, led me to the Invoxia tracker. As someone who embraces technology, I was impressed by the tracker's capabilities, especially its precise GPS and health monitoring features. The ease of setup, using the Quick Start Guide, and the tracker's comfort on Mimo, who wears a harness on walks, were significant positives. However, it was the personalized follow-up from the company, checking in on Mimo's health after noticing a trend in his heart rate data, that truly set this product apart for me. This gesture showed a level of care and customer service that is rare. While the app's content has room for improvement, the overall experience with the Invoxia tracker has been overwhelmingly positive, making it an easy recommendation to others.
