Never had an any problems with staff or access to technical support. They have always been pro active in support and deliverys have aloway been prompt.

Repeated outages
Repeated outages, poor customer service, not even cheap when you factor in all the costs. Completely unreliable service which for a business ISP is simply unforgivable.

Awful company
Awful company, staff lie to you and change their stories. Will say ANYTHING to get money from you, and lie to you at every possible point to get more money from you.
Customer Service seems great until you sign up, then it changes VERY quickly.
Tried to call to make a complaint, told I would have to do it by email. Had already sent 5 emails with no proper response, left with no choice. When explaining this on the phone people were rude and couldn't care less.
Seriously avoid, ANYONE is better than this shower.

Avoid - This company seem so cheap to start with to get your business but everything is an additional cost and is hidden deep in their t's and c's and the system is not worth the cost.

Worst internet company I have ever dealt with - they seem cheap but then sting you once you sign contract with monthly fees would STAY AWAY at all costs!!!!!

We've had a leased line with them for years and haven't had a single issue. Just a solid 100Mbps symmetric connection.

To be totally honest I would stay away…
To be totally honest I would stay away from these guys. Totally unprofessional outfit, don’t know what they are doing and I spend more time on the phone trying to sort out the terrible internet speeds that come with the terrible customer service. I also supposed to have an account manager, never Hurd from any of them!!! If I were you I would save your money and go with Zen much better. I would also say The way spitfire operate is very very dated and old school. Not very good when your trying to operate a 21st century business
