They are pretend sending my payouts! D.D they owe me 70.000DKK!!!!!!!!
I won 90.000DKK on December 14th. I had to make 9 payouts of 10.000kr each violation of the first law they broke, they cannot payout winnings in installments??? And they violated their own T&C by stating they do not have limits on Withdrawls but they do since I could not withdraw more than 10.000DKK per payout request. Today is the 19th of December and I have only received 20.000kr. They have broken so many laws it isn't even funny. I have been asking for Transaction numbers for 4 days now, and not received one. They copy and paste reply after reply on their chat system. They have changed all my payouts from Pending to Completed with Trustly, which first of all is 99% of the time instant transfer, but hey legally it can take 1 to 3 days, however, how did my first payout make it to me in 1 day (Monday to Tuesday) I have been on sick leave from work, I cannot eat or sleep knowing that these people can do this to us! I have a lawyer on retainer for our business and also have one in Malta. I have reported them to the Danish Gambling Authority because I checked the Gambling authority site where all Casinos with a Danish licence is listed. They are not on the list! I didn't think I had to check any licence of a casino, I never had to before. I am in tears actually at the moment because I am absolutely beside myself that these people exist! So on top of everything else, they literally have stolen their money back from me, because they have falsely "Completed" my payouts so I cannot reverse them and make smaller payouts to see if they will pay those out. The largest I have won here last year was 21K and I got that. Now that its a large amount, did they run out of money? They best be wise if they decide to reply to my review because I have every chat and every mail between myself and them and they so know they are screwed and they are wrong on so many levels. They don't even have a phone number but maybe that is not unusual I don't know. Anyway I would love to know if anyone else has actually never received their winnings at any point?
