I would definitely buy eyeglasses with them again. As an international customer, I received updates throughout the entire process, from dispatch to arrival. It took just one week to get my Matsuda glasses. Price and quality are unbeatable.

Took forever to get and they arrived clearly used not packaged how they should be and no case!? I’m very upset for this price point expect much more!

Oliver was awesome, he delivered what he promised, my glasses came before I left on my trip. He was very responsive, kind and informative. He gave me real answers and made sure I knew what was and wasn't possible and advised me to get next day air based on time lines and that was what got them here on time just as he predicted. I did buy a pair of Akoni sunglasses at a good discounted sale price, understanding it is a final sale price with no return option, however i did not expect the high quality lenses to arrive with minor scratches and some residue of possibly a sale sticker that left scratches on the part of the frame as well..

This is a company you can trust. I placed an order for 3 frames, and it was shipped and delivered on time. Communication and responses were fast. Just an FYI to new buyers, it is best that you email them to make sure that they have the frames you want in stock and ready to ship.

Terrible experience. Specs Collective accepted my order and payment at the price shown on their website, then contacted me afterward demanding hundreds of dollars more to fulfill it. When I refused to pay more than the agreed checkout price, they canceled my order.

If you can’t honor your own checkout prices, don’t accept the order. I won’t be doing business with Specs Collective again.

I am VERY impressed with the efficiency and speed and the frames are better than expected. I will be using the team in the future and recommend them. The Frames are excellent and fit better than expected. The acetate makes them especially comfortable. The Titanium pair is also comfortable and VERY light. They are advertised as narrow, but fit me well. They are Matsudas and they came in the Matsuda Boxes with all the Manufacturing paper work. Specs Collective is the best.

When UPS knocked on my door to deliver my package the first thing I noticed was how big the box looked, then when the driver handed it to me I was surprised by its weight. My first thought was that I was sent a whole case of 12 instead of just the one I had ordered. When I started unpacking the box I realized that I had just purchased a very fine item packaged very specially, it was very enjoyable! When I finally arrived at the glasses I knew that these were the finest pair I have ever owned! I’m really thinking about buying another pair right away.

The presentation felt very premium, and the gold and black design looks even better in person. The product quality, packaging, and overall delivery experience were all excellent. Original order was discontinued. Oliver called me and we changed to a different color same frame. Arrived today and they are super. Put my lenses in and I’m good to go. Thanks for all the help Oliver!

Item arrived in excellent condition.

I’ve worked with Spec Collective several times, both to purchase specialty sunglasses and to have them repaired. Each time, they’ve been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The customer service has been consistently excellent.

You can do better pricewise if you just dig around a little bit. Customer service is OK when it’s OK and if you want, it’s iffy.

Purchased a pair of Matsuda frames. Received the frames without a certificate of authenticity. It was clear that they have sent these frames out a number of times based on the the address labels they covered up. I immediately called and they said they would send me one???!! Very suspicious. You do not sell Matsuda frames without the certificate of authenticity. Specs Collective would not reimburse me shipping for misrepresenting Matsuda. Will never recommend this company.

I ordered frame on Nov 04 but no delivery by Nov 29,2025 without reasonable response.
It is the worst case.

Beautiful high quality frames and smooth transaction. Very competitive pricing. My glasses were exactly what I wanted. Packaging was first class. Thanks for using UPS. Communication was excellent regarding the shipping for my frames since these are boutique products and not a commodity quick ship product. I really appreciate the good customer service.
