The ease of being able to book online and amend if the need arises. Being able to ring up the opticians and speak to someone at the branch you are dealing with straight away without dealing with a call centre.The premises at Retford is excellent in its appearance and outlay and all the staff are very friendly efficient an professional. Ian very pleased with the service I received and the available choice of glasses etc and my new glasses were ready for collection on the given date. After service is also very good if you have any issues.

All the staff are always very helpful and polite. Marga who did my eye examination,was really nice and explained everything she was doing .
Ksenia who helped me choose frames was also very pleasant,and very patient and didn't rush you through the procedure. The lady who dealt with me when I collected my frames was more than helpful,again didn't feel rushed.
