Good quality and good service

Very happy - found a frame I really liked which was £150-185 elsewhere and it was on sale with Specky - I ended up paying £50 with reading lenses included. Ended up getting the same frame in a different colour too. Will definitely be buying again from Specky.

Excellent, expedited order.

Helpful anf timely replies to queries, frames sent quickly and well packed and decent quality despite being 'good value own brand', nothing fancy. Weren't quite right for me and was able to return easily and quickly with refund processed immediately on receipt, thank you.

I have had 6 or 7 pairs of glasses from Speckyfoureyes and have loved every pair. They are long lasting and often admired.

I have had several pairs of glasses from speckyfoureyes and have been pleased with everyone of them. They are well made at a fantastic price. I have recently bought two more pairs and made an error on my prescription which was picked up by the speckyfoureyes team and I was able to correct the prescription, this is something I find very reassuring and would have no hestiation in recommending.

I've used Specky4eyes before, it offers excellent value, the service is first class and if matters need clarifying, their responses are fast, helpful and easily resolved

The hinge on my reading glasses broke after a few months. Emailed customer services and they offered a replacement frame and lens under warranty. New glasses delivered very quickly. Great customer service, and thanks!!

Chose my glasses using the try on tool then ordering was easy as pie. Took some time to arrive but then most high street opticians take a couple of weeks anyway. My last pair of high street 'budget' specs cost me £95. These cost me £42 including my lenses and they're much nicer frames. I have a high prescription so can't afford the super thin lenses but could get the mid range ones and I'm happy with that.
I've bought 3 frames from here over the years, if I see something nice in the high street I'll check if they have the same frame on specky first as it's usually much cheaper.
Good quality glasses and cheap prices,what's not to like?

I ordered a set of varifocal specs
I waited a few weeks
I then received a pair of specs which werent to my prescription
They came with a pen to mark up my eyeball position, which I couldnt do as I couldnt see properly out of them
I was told if I didnt return the pen I'd be charged £5 ?

guess I'm out a few hundred pounds

Cant see me getting my money back (no pun intended)

Great service all round

Efficient, good quality and very good value

AI had my eye test in the local high street chain of opticians. I then put the info into the Specky Four Eyes site. They give lots of advice if you’re not sure what to do. I chose my frames. I know the shape I like from previous choices and just need an update on the lens and a new colour frame. The prices are good and I chose ones at £17 ish with scratch and glare resist lens coatings. I even chose some sale reading glasses. With postage my order came to around £45 ish. I am so pleased. This is the third time I’ve ordered with Specky and every time I’ve been delighted
