Have ordered my prescription glasses with Speckyfoureyes for the past 8 years. They have a great range of affordable frames. The glasses lens used are of good quality. New glasses ordered were produced in reasonable time with helpful updates. I appreciated their efforts to clarify my on line order so no mistakes made. They are now my go to for glasses. Very happy.

Excellent service , they asked several questions after i had submitted the order to make sure the glasses were spot on. Which they are good quality and a good price . Also delivered a lot faster than i expected.

I realised I’d ordered sunglasses instead of normal glasses and although I’d been emailed that they are being prepared in the lab I spoke to someone on the phone who was very helpful and checked to see if they could change the order. She came back to me very quickly and confirmed the change and then I received my glasses in a few days. Excellent customer service.

First time I had gone with a non-high street bricks and mortar retailer, but I need not have worried. The experience was excellent. The glasses I have are the same as my other prescription ones (bought from a shop), but I think they're actually better quality - no blur at all. They are perfect. And cheaper than my previous pairs. Great value. Communication was great throughout.

I had used the reglasing service for my own glasses (that I had previously brought from Specky4 eyes) and it worked for the new prescription. I tried it also for my wife's favorite glasses and despite the size they did them as well so I am impressed.

I just received probably my 8th really good pair of glasses from Speckyfoureyes. I buy spare sets of reading and varifocals with each new prescription. The frame and lens quality is every bit as good as my optician provides, but for a fraction of the price, The varifocals have been particularly good. I can afford to have spare sets in the car,at work and have prescription sunglasses as well.

I liked the ease of interaction with customer service; my issue was very quickly resolved and I was impressed by the swift turnaround. I think the choice of frames is good, and the price reasonable. My glasses fitted very well despite my prescription only catering for the lens. Will buy again. Easily half the price of high street retailers for decent specs.

Telephoned re a Jaeger frame.Sandra was extremely helpful .They were not in stock but contacted their supplier.She called me to keep me updated on progress. Luckily their supplier had one pair in stock and she was able to arrange delivery within 3 days .
The service I received was what one used to get but encounters rarely these days.
Will certainly us the company again if I need another frame.
