The Feversham Arms Hotel and Spa day Spa

The Feversham Arms Hotel and Spa was excellent. The facilities are of a good standard. The staff are helpful and friendly.
The treatment we received was excellent and therapists were respectful and kind.
The food was delicious and plentiful.
We would definitely recommend and come again.

Do not buy spa gift voucher…

Bought spa voucher as gift for friend to use at Nidd Hall. Once there gentleman on spa reception said not to use voucher as spa use was included in her stay?? Then why accept payment for voucher?? I’ve rang Spaseekers but they do not refund vouchers regardless of circumstances. I would not use Soaseekers again as I’ve wasted money on something bought for a special occasion. Not happy.
