Sparkworld's help and advice means we have the microwave we need
We ordered a microwave on line which was delivered the following day. It was exactly what we ordered but lack of any useful operating instructions made it impossible to use.
We returned it to the shop ourselves a couple of days later. The staff at Sparkworld were extremely helpful. They tried the product and could immediately understand why we were unhappy. They too were also baffled regarding how to use it properly. They exchanged the microwave for an alternative make which, although smaller, does exactly what we require and is also easy to understand.

Well I took my 85 year old mam down there today who needs to have everything explaned slowly by myself as she has a disability.on looking at the dishwashers a store worker aproched asked if we were ok.ues I replied just looking.again he staired at us for nearly 15 mins and asked me and my mother twice more how we are getting on again.ahain I replied just looking.dont know what was wrong with the guy but made my mam feel very uncomfortable in the shop staring at us both.we left the shop through the exit door and I loaded the scooter in the boot of the car only to look back at the door were yes you guessed it the guy was still staring at us through the glass doors with another coluge now in till.morel is if you want to feel like your a price of crap or needing a fight with the store staff go to sparkworld newton abbot.ansolute disgrace to visit.went to trago mills instead and had a great time.stay clear folks.

Online purchase - money taken but not in stock!
Bought oven online where it said it was in stock. Phone call next day to say it was not in stock but I could have display model. I don’t want a display model. Have requested a full refund which was acted upon immediately but have to wait up to 10 days for it to reach my account so a delay to me in buying another oven. Please make it clear when ordering on line that you may be ordering a display model.
Thank you for your response and the phone call to explain that you will try to update your technology to show that you may be purchasing a display model. This experience has not put me off buying at Sparkworld and I would recommend you for your excellent customer service and your commitment to improve things if there are concerns from the customer.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration this situation caused. We completely understand that a display model wasn’t what you were looking for.
Regarding the refund, we processed it immediately on our end and the funds leave our account straight away. Unfortunately, banks can take a few working days to complete the transfer, which is why it may take a little longer to show in your account.
The product listing does state that the item is on display, but we appreciate that this could be made clearer and we’re reviewing how we present this information online to avoid any confusion in the future. Under normal circumstances we hold several of these Neff double ovens in stock, but there is currently a worldwide shortage which has put pressure on availability in the UK, and any units that come in tend to sell very quickly.
