Placed a order with them online only to find out from account login that they cancel the order but no email sent to let me know that!
I have called twice for refund but no luck.Have open case with PayPal
Unfortunately I did not read the other reviews before I placed an order with SPARESAVER. Although I did receive the part eventually communication was poor - they did not reply to any emails so had to telephone several times to chase the order. Would not use again.

Found this site a doddle to use; laid out well and I found what I needed really quickly. Ordered at 7.36pm Sunday night and my order arrived in the post Tuesday morning. :) Charlie J
I have used Sparesaver around 5 times and have never had a single problem.
Like others I have no item, no refund and no response from the company. I also reported to trading standards and are having to go through dispute process with my credit card company.
took my money for a filter 2 months ago-no filter, no refund despite e-mails & calls-one response only saying out of stock. I'm amazed they're still trading-Medway trading standards are the people to talk to. Order online with Sparesaver & kiss your money goodbye..........
Given excuse after excuse, still waiting for my order, and refund, now my emails are bouncing back... take the hint and NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
