Excellent product/model finder on the website; good value and prompt delivery.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Was recommended this site by a repair company, need a new door basket for my fridge. They have taken my money, and sent a confirmation email, but no details of when/if I might expect to receive it, and ignoring any emails to enquire. Impossible to find telephone number.
I note that gov.uk website says this company in administration.
Please go somewhere else to shop.

Having pre-checked on the website that the part I was ordering would fit my oven, it was delivered quickly and fit just as you said it would! Will be ordering again if I need anything… thank you

I ordered a replacement part on 14th May 23 and despite requests for an update, I received little to no information and the item finally arrived on 21 June 23 (despite the order confirmation suggesting it would be delivered within a few working days). Regardless, the item did not fit my appliance (although the website tool (which uses your appliance model code to confirm which parts fit) stated it would), I therefore emailed support requesting a refund, which went unanswered for sometime (despite several chaser emails). I eventually received a response asking me to return the item and that further instructions would be sent to me once they had received the returned item. I returned the item as a tracked parcel (in line with their instructions, and at my cost) and once delivered, I emailed in a copy of the delivery confirmation and asked for a further update - several emails later and no response has been received. I've raised a formal complaint (in line with their terms & conditions), which hasn't been acknowledged, let alone replied to. My advice is to avoid this company.

EDIT - please STOP asking me to delete my review. If you’re going to reply to other people and say you’re a new company you should be doing that to every negative review instead of outright asking for them to be deleted.
Also a quick google search shows nothing relating to a new company. It all shows results of the SOS addressed as ‘closed permanently’. Interestingly the new website doesn’t show a location at all.

I know someone that used to work here I am shocked to see their ebay page is still active. People are still buying their stock and not receiving it, it's disgusting.
They treated their staff like rubbish and were in a LOT of debt which is one of the main reasons for liquidation, as well the owner passing away and then the director leaving the company.
It was never run properly.
I am getting on to ebay chat now to see what can be done about closing their ebay page but it's ridiculous they did not close that down.
At least they had the decency to close their website right? haha
