Great service and delivery
Item was delivered within the specified time and was very well packed, in fact exactly how I would have wanted to be packed.

I bought a QNAP NAS from span.com. I had heard about them because of their very helpful YouTube videos on NAS and other topics. When I decided what I wanted I went to span.com to see if they had what I wanted. They did - and their prices were very competitive. Also, their customer service was great. Furthermore, checking the QNAP site I learned that span.com is a recommended seller of QNAP products.
I have often taken the "easy" path of buying through Amazon, but lately Amazon has been unable to complete purchases and when they do the packages often arrive half destroyed, making me wonder if the products are damaged internally.
My QNAP NAS from span.com came double boxed with cushion surrounding the original packaging. There was no damage at all when it arrived.
I'm delighted I picked span.com and I recommend them!

Service was outstanding. Lucas was efficient and friendly answered questions directly and clearly and was happy to question my wisdom which was helpful.
I have often noticed comparisons with span.com on other sites but always on price. Now I remember the old saying of "Save a penny to spend a pound".
Speed of service was excellent and a change to my order in mid preparation did not phase them. Lucas just made clear that it would cause a days delay while the changes were implemented and checked thoroughly.
