I would Highly recommend this Dealership. They have a great selection of quality cars and well equipped workshop. Dale is very knowledgeable about all things motor vehicle related. He gave good advice and there was no pressure to buy. The after sales service I have received has been excellent. A great team of friendly people! I am a very happy customer

DO NOT BUY From this company. Worst experience ever paid £8k for a heap of junk and they just give excuse after excuse. Did repair one fault but they claimed thru warranty I had to pay 3rd party for other repair. Wish I had read previous reviews before going there!! Rogue dealer

🚨 We purchased a vehicle from this “car dealership” previously been involved in an accident never informed us . This only came to light after the engine failed in the vehicle & 3rd party was stripping it down for inspection and half the front end had been bodged on this 10k vehicle is now scrap this company will not respond to us now . Please avoid at all costs 🚨

I have purchased a car from these guys and the service was top notch I've used them since for servicing & repairs on our other car good value excellent customer service Scott and his team bend over backwards to help you. Was a customer when they were in Saltash they have been that good I travel to tavistock now if I need mot or service keep up the good work guys

Highly recommended this company. As I am a women with know knowledge of vechiles. Southwest motor company went above and beyond with all the relevant information that I needed when purchasing a car from them. The service was friendly, honest and customer care was outstanding.

Only giving one star because i cant give zero! This has to be the worst company with the worst customer service ever! never repaired the fault I had at purchase and once the warranty ran out they refused to deal with it even though it hadn't ever been fixed! I reported faults to them during the warranty period to be fobbed off with pathetic lies about loose bolts (obviously don't inspect vehicles before they sell them) to which after independently being Inspected they still never admitted the faults existed. They put an mot on the car that was clearly dodgy as the reported faults would have been MOT failures if done properly!! Even after multiple emails and attempts to get them to sort out the problems they have flat refused and not even offered any form of compensation for the fact i have had to pay for repairs that should've been fixed under warranty. We will never buy another vehicle from this backstreet poor excuse of a dealer!!

Very poor company to buy a car from, alright till they have got your money then they just clamp down and to try to get them to do anything is a waste of time. In this day and age when trust is of paramount importance, this company falls so far short of the mark. I would suggest you look elsewhere for a car, don't trust these people, they will not help you out, it seems its just the money they are after, not customer care. Finally got back to me after 3+years, and conveintly cannot find fe on their system... Just get worse and worse. Very Poor
