I would not recommend this dumpster…
I would not recommend this dumpster company. The service was unprofessional from start to finish. The dumpster was delivered late on both jobs, and when it finally arrived, it was placed in the wrong spot despite clear instructions. They also hung up many times and were rude during phone calls. Gabriela, was very rude in particular. Communication was poor — getting in touch with anyone for updates or support was frustrating and time-consuming. On top of that, they tacked on hidden fees that were never explained upfront, making the final bill much higher than expected. Overall, unreliable and disappointing experience.

Thank you for sharing your experience Jamel, Upon arriving on site we encountered an issue where service was attempted but materials delivered blocked dumpster service. The trip charge was waived the first time, and upon attempting service again, we arrived on location there were materials blocking again. The charges you have incurred were for the wasted trip the second time. I will have to review placement instructions provided and I will speak to the team about the gaps in communication. I attempted to reach out and left a voicemail, to talk about your experience and how we could have served you better.

communication was good for timing of the dumpster. Person that dropped it off was good and put it in correct location. The only Item we were not pleased with was the bottom of the dumpster had black liquid that really smelled bad. Since we walked in the dumpster while loading we covered that black whatever with material to prevent from tracking that awful smell into our home. I know it is a dumpster but it would be nice if Sourgum hosed out the dumpster when the previous customer mucked it up with something smelly.

Sourgum was excellent! The least expensive and when they picked up the dumpster, they were kind enough to throw in some items that we didn’t have time to throw in! I was amazed when I got home and saw they had cleaned up everything! Great service!

Professional Problem solvers
Both delivery and pickup were not easy tasks. The drivers were amazing and professional. Ordering online was quick and easy. The only challenge was the restrictions on such things as an old dishwasher and paint cans and a mattress.

On time services and good price
Sourgum delivery person is respectful of the property and always on time. Sourgum personnel answers inquiries quickly. Compared to other service providers, the price is good, especially considering that the dumpsters have a portable potty, making it easy for the workers to stay on site. Today we had our third round of dump-and -return. I Highly recommend them.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations!
Sourgum waste was very professional and quick to respond to all my questions. Alison was top tier. Even the gentleman who dropped off the dumpster was so kind and explained how to operate the opening and filling of the dumpster. The price was very reasonable even when I had to extend it 4 days and even when I went over, I thought it was going to be an astronomical amount but it was not! I would recommend them 1000 times over!

Thank you for your feedback Terrence, We do try our best to acommodate changes in materials as they come up. When you originally rented this container it was for construction materials. Upon our first pick up attempt we saw it was filled to the brim with concrete and mixed trash. Clean concrete bins are typically taken at a flat rate to recycling facilities to save the customer money by not paying by the weight of the materials. In order to take it to one of these facilities, we advised you that it would need to have only concrete inside along with having to be leveled off. You agreed to level it off and remove the non concrete items. We came to remove it and the facility that processes the concrete rejected the material and had to seperate the non concrete items resulting in a contamination that was passed along and communicated to you.

This may be the best companies on earth, I just called the company and bingo the dumpster appeared the next day, and then I called and spoke to what may have been the sweetest sounding young lady I have ever dealt with, and just like that it was picked up!
