Great customer service and timely delivery.

I don't usually write reviews but I feel i really need to in this case to show my deep appreciation for the amazing customer service I have received from Source Wood Floors.
Sharon went out of her way to send me pictures of different types of wood as I was really pushed for time. She gave me a lot of advise and dedicated a lot of her time to make sure i would choose the right flooring and that I could get it in time for when I needed it.
Sharon knowledge, helpfulness and support made the whole process easy and stress free.
The quality of the wood I have received is so outstanding and it looks so good that even the carpenter who did the flooring was totally impressed and wants to buy the same for his own house!

The service and help that I received from Sharon was excellent. I had a query which I asked a number of flooring companies about and Sharon at Source Wood Floors, was by far and away the best one I spoke to. I cannot recommend Sharon or Source Wood highly enough, excellent

What I got is what they showed me. This is important when buying wooden floors. Delivery time was good as well as customer assistant's.

Spoke to a very helpful lady on the Thursday,the sample arrived in the post on the Friday. Spoke to the same lady that day to place an order which arrived on the following Tuesday. Excellent service.

Absolutely cannot fault Source Wood Floors themselves, incredibly competent and helpful, very quick with updates and always willing to help. The products that were delivered directly from them arrived exactly on time and as described, unfortunately due to our location in Scotland a 3rd party courier caused a few issues with delivery dates for other products, but Sarah, our contact from Source Wood, was incredibly helpful throughout and got it sorted quickly. We'd definitely buy from Source Wood again.

I probably could have hunted around and got a cheaper price but Source Wood Flooring had the product in stock and my order was delivered within a day or two of being placed, with updates along the way.
