DO NOT BUY FROM SORELLE. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Absolute disgrace, I returned 2 dresses on the next day after I received. Paid £14.75 Royal mail postage. No email confirmation or anything saying they received the return items or they will refund the money back, I emailed them and they said they will refund in 28 days, Now over a month and they are not answering my emails. Please Please DO NOT BUY FROM SORELLE. They made me so upset, they are stealing peoples money. God is watching , I believe in KARMA

I returned 3 sale items within a few days of delivery, unworn and with tags. Sorelle recieved the items and then refused to refund, claiming sale items are non-returnable under their policy despite UK consumer law providing 14-day cancellation rights for online purchases (whether in the sale or not)
They also stated in their exact words “the items would be disposed of” within 7 days unless I paid £7 postage to have them sent back, refused ADR, and said I would receive no further customer service on this matter
Thankfully I opened a PayPal buyer protection claim and they awarded it in my favour and refunded me in full for my returned items
I would not order from this company again but if you do I strongly recommend paying with PayPal or a credit card for protection

My first time ordering on here and its very difficult to return something, especially for the price you are paying. You have to pay for your own returns which is fine but you are told to wait up to 28 days.. I am now over that time limit of returns and no one is replying to my emails and I still have no refund?
Now reading these reviews I see many people have had the same ongoing issue which is horrific for a business.
DO NOT ORDER FROM SORELLE. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK FOR A RETURN. I returned three expensive items on 09/01/2026. They sent me an email confirming they recieved my return on 12/01/2026. I was told a refund can take up to 28 days. It has now been 36 days and Sorelle are ignoring all of my emails. Luckily I paid on Klarna so any further payments have been paused so they are not taken from my account. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. SCAMMERS

I wish I listened to the reviews before purchasing an item but I thought I would give them benefit of doubt.
I ordered a dress with next day delivery, which came on time but was too small so ordered a larger size and returned the original dress in good time in prestige condition as I was aware they do not like to give refunds so didn’t want to give them an easy reason to say no.
Lo and behold they said the dress had a mark on the inside, I believe they deliberately done this to refuse giving me bk my money and so they can resell the dress again.

All of there clothes are high quality, super flattering and fit amazing! Couldn’t recommend shopping here enough it’s my go to place when I need an outfit for a nice occasion and the prices are so reasonable for what you receive! 🩷 Thank you so much!!!
Ordered the Caris dress in gold for my Ibiza trip and it was everything I wanted and more!!! Quality is amazing. Will definitely be buying from here again :)
I would highly reccomned not ordering from this company. I have registered my return within the 14 day period and sent my item back within the 14 day period but due to it not arriving on time they have refused to refund me on my payment method. The person dealing with me over email has been so unprofessional and said she will refuse to respond to me and also not send across the legal teams details to take this further.

Returns is an absolute nightmare. Returned something well within the window after months and months of fighting would only give me store credit. So ordered using the store credit and they refused to refund the £85 parcel even though I have all the proof. They ignored multiple emails over months. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I logged my return on the website a week after it was delivered, the website allowed me to raise a return, they took my money to generate a label and also emailed me confirmation of the return and label.
I couldn't click on the label it wasn't working so I emailed them, and they replied saying they would investigate. Days later they told me there was a system error and they no longer use the portal to log returns?!!?! However it still accepted the return. How can you tell customers you dont use the portal but still allow them to use it and take our money?! The investigation caused more delay only to be told I need to return the goods myself at my own cost - I did this FIRST CLASS.
I am now being told I cant have a refund for my goods because I am outside of the returns period?! I logged everything in time and now its my fault because their awful systems do not talk to each other. Absolutely no fault of my own that THEY had to investigate and prolonged the time. This company is honestly disgusting DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They have ignored all my communication and refused to help.
I will be taking them to court.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Sorelle UK. I returned items and was advised that refunds can take up to 28 days to process. That timeframe has now passed and I still have not received my refund.
One of the items in my original order was also sent in the wrong size, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
I contacted the company multiple times for updates and asked for the issue to be escalated to a manager or for a complaint to be raised. My last 2–3 emails have been completely ignored, with no acknowledgement or response.
I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank to recover my money, which should not have been necessary.
Really poor customer service and communication. I would be very hesitant to order from them again.
Very nice clothing pieces. Had to get them tailored better to fit, but for me worth it cause they are cute.
I ordered a skirt in there sale and it’s amazing a little short but it’s so cute . It’s a stretchy material so it’s great for dancing and moving !!!

I’d highly advise against purchasing from Sorelle. The returns process is awful and customer service is equally poor.
They try to jump through hoops to avoid refunding you to your original payment method, which seems to be a common issue based on other reviews. Unless you’re 100% certain you won’t need to return anything, I wouldn’t recommend ordering.
It’s a shame because the dresses look great online and the quality was actually fine when they arrived. However, the returns process clearly needs reviewing to avoid more experiences like mine and many others.
Customer service is awful, my delivery was sent to the wrong address. I had spoken to the delivery company and they told me sorrel had given them the wrong address and that I needed to contact the seller, when I did contact sorrel they were very sassy and told me that the delivery service is wrong and that they can’t legally change it and have not replied to my other emails will not be buying from this place again and that’s money down the drain
