I always order from sorelle

I always order from sorelle, all of my events/night out dresses are from here. The quality and attention to detail is 10/10 and never had a fault. The embellished dresses don’t lose any stones and the material is good quality. I’ve referred many friends and strangers here from what they’ve seen of my outfits.

Do not but this product

Do not but this product. They take yr money and keep taking funds from your account. Customer service don’t reply and when they do they say they can’t do anything to help.

Terrible returns process

Terrible returns process. This company makes it very difficult to return an item. Their website does not allow you to start a return yourself. I had to contact them and was told to return my item via Royal Mail second class post which I did costing me to return the item. They then asked to allow 28 days to process the return. Once the 28 day window was over no return was started and my emails were ignored. I am still waiting for my refund.

beyond disappointed and disgusted…

I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with Sorelle UK.
After ordering multiple items to try on for my hen do’s, keeping some but returning two dresses tried on at the exact same time and conditions, they refunded one but accused me of returning the other as “unsellable due to body odour.” No details were given, and the dress is a halter-neck, backless design that doesn’t even sit under the arms—which I presumed was the area they were referring to, as no other explanation was given. When I tried to seek clarification, the staff asked ridiculous questions—expecting me to explain how to photograph a smell. Their responses were rude, sarcastic, and completely irrelevant. I am now £50 out of pocket for a dress I returned in perfect condition. I believe their customer service is a complete joke, and I believe their returns process is a complete scam. Avoid this company at all costs. I will NOT be purchasing from here again.

outfits are poor quality and the return process is horrific!!! no direct portal and not straightforward. return denied as they stated id worn the outfit. was never even removed out of the package let alone tried on, multiple emails and denied it wasnt up for dispute WASTE OF TIME!!! just clothes from other online shops with there tag on

Sorelle is my favourite online shop.

I love sorelle, all of their designs and products are stunning, such perfect fitting and always a head turner when wearing anything from sorelle.
I recently bought a dress here and it was to perfection, couldn’t have made a better decision. Felt so beautiful.
My sister also had her dress, which again fit perfectly and gave us the most stunning figures.

Sorelle has a range of sparkly dresses…

Sorelle has a range of sparkly dresses and I wanted something special for New Year’s I found a lovely dress which looks like the 1920 flapper girl style and I haven’t seen something like this anywhere else. I absolutely love the outfit (It even came with a matching bag)

No refund after returning items

I really don't want to write this review as I'm not a type of person to complain ,but feel I do have to warn others of this company,
I ordered 2 outfits and returned within 5 days as the items were to small,
That was on the 29th Jan,they received them on the 2 and Feb ,on the 16th Feb I sent an email asking about my refund,
They replied the day after saying I had to at least wait 28 day,
I have emailed them twice since and still not had my refund,
I'll be going to trading standards,
Just want people to be aware of this.
I had no option to put 0 stars or I would have.

Absolutely terrible experience with…

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I was promised a refund within the stated time frame, and that deadline has come and gone with absolutely no sign of my money. No proper communication, no updates, and no accountability.
It’s beyond frustrating to be told one thing and then completely ignored. I’ve had to chase them multiple times just to get vague responses with no real answers. When a company can’t stick to their own refund policy, it seriously makes you question their professionalism and integrity.
I would not recommend this business to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away. Completely unacceptable service

Sorelle UK has quickly become one of my…

Sorelle UK has quickly become one of my favorite online stores! The quality is excellent, and everything fits beautifully. For reference, I’m 5’7” and 125 pounds, and a size small fits me perfectly.

If you’re ordering to the United States, just be aware that you’ll receive an email from a third-party company requesting payment for an import fee. As long as you pay it promptly, your package should arrive in about 10 days. Overall, I highly recommend this store to anyone considering placing an order!

Love their items

The reviews don't do this brand a justice.. I ordered from them twice and all the dresses are good quality. Unlike most shops they have unique dresses that you don't see at every other store.

I personally didn't have to return anything so not sure about that experience.

One thing I would recommend the store does is update how the filters work. When I filter size S, dresses show up even though most of them have size s sold out - just a suggestion!

Poor Quality and returns issue

Poor Quality and returns issue - honestly poor quality for the price paid, and they offer absolutely no returns outside of the UK. However you can buy from them and they offer shipping worldwide. Really beware if you're outside the UK, you'll be left with a poorly made dress with no options but to keep it.

Scam - don’t refund

I ordered from this company in December…

I ordered from this company in December for my birthday and it has now been months with no resolution and no refund. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had.

My package never even made it to me — it was held for customs/tariffs before entering the country. Since I no longer needed the items, I contacted the company and asked for a refund because the package was clearly being returned. Instead of helping, they responded in a very rude and dismissive way and told me I would have to wait an unreasonable amount of time (around 60 days or more) just to get my money back. That alone is unacceptable.

Since then, they have stopped responding to my emails completely, and it is now the end of February and I still do not have my money back. There has been zero communication and zero effort to resolve this situation.

After this experience, I checked Trustpilot and saw that many other customers have had the same problem — money taken and no refund with no response. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

People work hard for their money, and it is extremely concerning to deal with a company that behaves like this. Customers should not have to chase their own refunds for months or be ignored when trying to resolve a problem.

I will be disputing this charge with my bank.

Do NOT order from this company unless you are prepared to risk losing your money.
This experience has been completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

DO NOT BUY FROM SORELLE. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Absolute disgrace, I returned 2 dresses on the next day after I received. Paid £14.75 Royal mail postage. No email confirmation or anything saying they received the return items or they will refund the money back, I emailed them and they said they will refund in 28 days, Now over a month and they are not answering my emails. Please Please DO NOT BUY FROM SORELLE. They made me so upset, they are stealing peoples money. God is watching , I believe in KARMA
