No quibble replacement

My daughter ordered several kitchen appliances from Sonic which were delivered at the end of August. When the oven was unpackaged @ a week later (delay due to new kitchen being installed) it turned out it was damaged/had likely had been dropped prior to delivery. Sonic replaced the item without quibble and the drivers who delivered the replacement product - Minde and Stuart P were very efficient and polite. They called me shortly prior to delivery and then happily waited until I had unpackaged and checked the replacement in their presence.

Excellent service from Sonic Direct! We were very pleased with the help and customer service we received from Khalil Khan. He was friendly, professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us choose the right product for our needs.

Fast delivery and great guys

Fast delivery and great guys, very friendly and helpful not moody how some delivery people can be, turned out our fridge was hardwired so they couldn't remove as requested. One of the guys said he'd let the office know and ask them to refund us, I received an email that same afternoon informing me that the refund had been processed. Great customer service

Integrated fridge freezer

Great to deal with. Fitter called to say he was on his way. Delivery guys also called and arrived on time. Integrated fridge freezer taken out new one arrived and installed, all within an hour.
