4th day of installing it and then…

4th day of installing it and then paying and sending documents and still cannot use it. The costumer supports is a waste of time. They are telling me they don’t accepts the UK energy bill that the UK government accepts. They don’t even accept my driving licence which has got my address on it as a proof. It’s a waste of time and they will also charge you for the free trial that they offer at the start. You cannot use their services unless you have a paid monthly or annual subscription with them. It’s not only getting a phone number. It’s only the start …

Good Support and Resolution, Transparency Could Be Improved

I initially experienced an issue during my purchase, but I’m happy to say that the refund process was handled correctly and the balance was returned without any problems. Thank you for resolving it.

That said, I would like to share a constructive suggestion. For a service like Sonetel that operates globally and handles telecom services, trust and transparency are critical—especially when it comes to payments and identity verification.

It could be beneficial to clearly communicate (ideally on the homepage) how user verification, privacy, and data protection are handled. Highlighting GDPR compliance and working with well-known third-party identity verification providers (such as Sumsub, Onfido, or similar) would significantly increase user confidence and reduce friction during onboarding.

Making these processes more transparent not only builds trust but can also improve conversion rates and reduce support load.

Overall, I appreciate the resolution and hope to see continued improvements in transparency and user trust.

The turnaround time was fast, and I truly appreciate the excellent support provided. Vasundhara from the Regulations team was incredibly helpful throughout and even took the extra step to call me directly to ensure that my line was working properly.

Customer services are great

Customer services are great , I had a complex issue with the set up and an advisor called vikas was happy to help and stay online with me until the issues were resolved . Great service and would defo encourage to use this company if you require there services

Excellent support from Jasmeet at Sonetel

Jasmeet at Sonetel customer service was super helpful and gave me timely updates during the process of acquiring a virtual phone number. She made sure I always knew what was going on. Her communication was clear, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Thank you!

A valuable service for expats

After nearly a year of uninterrupted service with Sonetel, I recently had a connection issue I couldn't resolve on my own. I contacted customer service, and the agent who handled my case resolved the problem in a timely and professional manner. I am pleased with the service Sonetel provides, including the clarity of voice calls, the ability to receive verification codes from financial institutions, and the company's approachable and efficient customer service. I have a Premium contract with Sonetel, and I intend to renew my contract when it comes up for renewal.

Very nice support

Even though the virtual number wasn't able to be used for my purposes with were to use as a Business number to WhatsApp and Instagram, the support they had really helped me out and for this I'm giving this 5 star rate

Just pay attention and make the free test first to see if it will really be used to your needs!
