I sent an order off to print prematurely and realised it lacked some information - Naomi was extremely helpful and put my order on hold so that I could reupload the artwork with my desired changes. Got through very quick and Naomi and the team were really efficient!

A company that pulls out all the stops at a fair price!
It is always a pleasure to work with the team at Solopress. I don't know how they do it, but they manage to deliver a high quality product to very tight deadlines at a very fair price. Lucy Reeve helped me navigate the process and helped when the artwork wasn't uploading correctly. The end result was great and arrived on time for me to take the books on my flight to Zambia with me just a few hours later. Thank you to all the team.

Great print quality, great customer service
I've used SoloPress a dozen or so times for various prints, and I'm always happy with the quality of work and the service.
The most recent time there was a problem with the prints that were delivered, but they were very quick to respond to my issue and resolved it quickly to my satisfaction.
The real measure of a business is not how well they do when things go right - it's how well they do when things go wrong, and I'm happy to continue using SoloPress in the future.

Excellent service
I had 2 roller banners made by Solopress for an event recently. Both were of good quality, made to a high standard, well packaged and delivered promptly. The customer service experience was excellent, Dalya in the customer service team was very helpful with resolving the issues I had, as one of my banners required assistance with image resolution- this was promptly resolved without any issues. I will definitely be using their services again.
