I dealt with Annie to buy my engagement ring for my now fiance. She was brilliant from start to finish and helped me secure the perfect ring. Will be back in future for jewellery purchases no doubt.

Walked in and saw Leslie. She was extremely helpful with different rings and designs. Rather than just selling me what I wanted, she advised me on what the most suitable ring would be whilst still keeping to my original preference. Also where I needed it very soon, Solitaire were able to arrange this to be done quickly, in time for my proposal!

Even after the sale, Leslie was quick to answer any questions I had and was very knowledgable.

All other staff in the office were helpful as well!

This was our second visit one year apart. Mr Yilmaz greeted us just as warmly as the first time and he remembered us and our previous purchase. We were looking for a one-carat pear-shaped diamond to wear as a necklace but upon hearing we were on a schedule, Mr Yilmaz recommended a different kind instead - it turned out to be the perfect choice. The service was immaculate as personal and the final product was even better than we originally wanted and fit in our budget.

I am so happy with my beautiful diamond ring. The quality and sparkle is a joy and a delight! We have been married for nearly 27 years - so although this ring is not my 'actual engagement ring' (which will always and ever still be so precious to me) this 'engagement-style trilogy ring' represents to us both the past, present and future of our lives together. A belated silver wedding anniversary gift from my darling husband! Thank you Solitaire, Hatton Garden (nr Charing Cross end) for making the whole experience of choosing the ring and explaining all about diamonds so clearly and patiently to us. I bought the engagement ring + 2 bands in Solitaire London 8 Hatton Garden. I had been looking for about two months for the perfect ring. I'm thankful I stepped in this store and had Joshua Bailey accompany me through the process. My fiancé can't take her eyes off the ring and I'm both happy and proud having been able to find the perfect one.
