How frustrating that the owner keeps selfishly putting up the prices unnecessarily, this coupled with the rude, unknowledgeable staff and the hostile atmosphere… well done yourself a favour and get your salt from amazon
This shop is overpriced and has an over inflated sense of self importance. The staff are rude and make comments of an uncomfortable nature. I look forward to them pricing themselves out of business in the coming year
I visited the shop. The staff were nice and arranged a home visit. They came and said it would be fine. I wanted to go ahead with a softener, salt expansion tank and a tap filter so I asked for a quote. They sent a plumber who came and went and then they went offline. I chased for a quote twice and was told they are waiting for the plumber but after that I never heard from them again. Rude and a waste of all our time. I am now looking for another company to supply and fit. They must be well off as they are able to turn away customers like that. Disapointing.
Pleased to give a review ! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the installation of my water softener was done with care. Would highly recommend the Soft Water Shop.
