High level of care and attention
I was very impressed with the high level of customer care and attention we received from Aiza from Sofa Workshop. As a free service someone from Sofa Workshop comes to your home with a tape measure to show you how the sofa will fit - in a small flat like mine this was a very important and worthwhile thing to do. She also brought colour swatches to help me decide on the right colour sofa whilst in the space. I purchased my sofa on sale for 50% off which is much better offer than the competitors I looked at. The lead time is up to 20 weeks which feels long but normal when your sofa is bespoke. Aiza even gave us a box of chocolates at the end of our meeting which is a lovely touch! I was very happy with my purchase and the customer care

Had a great experience at the Guildford show room; a good selection of sofas and really helpful staff who were very friendly and knowledgeable. Lucy the manager helped us. She was really lovely and full of good advice on selecting a sofa. So much so we bought one! Would highly recommend a visit if you’re looking for a new sofa.

I just purchased the gorgeous Caruso…
I just purchased the gorgeous Caruso sofa with the help from Lydia and David. When I first come to the store I was approached by lydia and I explained to her exactly what I was looking for and she showed me all my options and was so helpful! I then come back to purchase the sofa and David was such a delight he was so patient with me and offered complimentary drinks and was so happy to help! Great, great staff and insanely beautiful stuff!

I made a mistake
I recently wrote a savage review on this firm, erroneously thinking it was still owned by DFS. I apologise for that. Nonetheless, Sofaworkshop reached out to me and explained the history. They couldn’t do anything about my complaint as I did buy my furniture when Sofaworkshop WAS owned by DFS - which remains a dreadful company in my view - but fair play to them, they didn’t request that I took the review down. Their attitude has convinced me that this a firm with integrity. I will shop there when I need new furniture.

We have yet to receive our furniture which was only recently ordered.
However, we were impressed by Rosina in the St Albans showroom who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us the confidence to make a decision between options and place an order.
