The lady that sold me the settee in your Chichester store ( Lolita, I think her name was) was extremely helpful & knowledgable. She was very patient with me, & I will certainly be shopping there again if I need anymore items in the future.

Great service from the sofa company in Harrogate

After a four month wait we got a delivery slot confirmed. 90 minutes before the end of the slot the delivery got cancelled. Over 24 hours later we still have no confirmation on when the sofa will be delivered and are sat on the floor with our 3 month old baby. The store we purchased it from are more concerned with new customers in store than us who’ve already handed over the money.

Very happy with service so far. Rebecca was very helpful with choosing fabrics and providing info, but not pushing us into a decision. We took fabric samples home, measured up and then phoned through the order to Rebecca. All very easy and stress free. Looking forward to the sofa arriving in 20wks…

Extremely helpful staff who were on hand to answer questions but let us take our time to look at and try out sofas, chairs and so on. Good selection of tables, mirrors, sofas and chairs. Would certainly recommend Sofa Workshop to others. We made four purchases but will be back for more.

I justbordered a sofa, which won’t arrive for 18 weeks. Heidi, who looked after me, could not have been nicer or more helpful. Taking advantage of the amazing sale bargains, I also bought a Hackney lamp and a mirror and Heidi packed them into my car so I could take them home today. Very happy so far and hoping I’m equally pleased with my sofa.

Top quality showroom furniture .

I went to the Guildford store looking for a large sofa bed. The whole experience was friendly, extremely helpful and to be honest they couldn’t have helped me any more if they had tried. Absolutely brilliant product knowledge and at no point did I feel pressurised to make a purchase. Very useful fabric samples which I took home to try in different lights.
I went back a couple of days later to ask a few more questions and try out varies styles - they remembered me and made me feel a valued customer, this time I placed an order. I can’t recommend them enough and big thanks to Larissa, Alex and the rest of the Guildford team.

Lydia who helped us was great. She knew the products well, was very efficient and also patient whilst we tried to make a decision! The showroom was well presented, spacious and pleasingly calm for a busy Saturday.

Visited the Bath Store, to look at sofas, and were welcomed by Millie, who discussed our requirements and answered our questions with experience and full explanation and also supplied thr fabric samples. We have since placed an order and await our sofa

Ordered a sofa, armchair and cleaning kit in July 2021. Paid additional for Sofa Workshop to do an access check to ensure it would fit into my flat and sofa purchase was made conditional on successful check.

Sofa delivery was supposed to be October, then was pushed back to November. Was told delivery would be Monday so spent day at home to be there - despite having paid for access check, sofa did not fit into my flat. Sofa workshop told me that they had spoken to delivery company and would try to redeliver with different drivers on Tuesday. Spent all day Tuesday waiting at home and no delivery - sofa workshop said they would look into it and call me back. Heard nothing from them so called delivery company myself directly who said they told Sofa workshop it would be delivered on Thursday instead. Three days off work due Sofa Workshop’s poor management and lack of communication.

When sofas were eventually delivered, cleaning kit was not included as I expected. I have now emailed the show room 8 times over 2 months to ask about this. Most emails are ignored, and I only seem to get a response when I copy in the main sofa workshop email address. I have had three promises that they have put it in the post but have received nothing. This is a product that I paid for 7 months ago.

The Tottenham Court Road branch were really helpful. Lydia visited us at home to help assess what would work in our space, and we could also see the fabrics in situ. Thanks for a smooth service so far (fingers crossed on delivery dates!).

I visited the Kingston store and was attended to by Julie Smith. Julie was extremely helpful, helping me to source a particular coffee and side table from another couple of stores of Sofa Workshop, (they didn’t stock them in Kingston). I would say that Julie went over and beyond, she kept me informed without being too pushy.

Tiffany was an absolute joy from the moment i entered the store.
She was efficient charming well prepared and highly informative.
No sense of pushiness, a polished and skilled sofa master
She sets a standard of customer service that all should aim for.
Her follow up on the progress of the sofa was excellent and always done in a charming and reassuring manner

Upon entering the Nottingham Sofa Workshop store, I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcome, in a non-intimidating way.

Zirone introduced himself and after I enlightened him as to what I was looking for, he gave me a brief, but, informative overview of sofas that may meet my requirements . I then felt relaxed in perusing the very attractive and well-dressed store, comfortable in the knowledge that Zirone was on hand to advise and assist me further.

Although, I had carried out some initial research into the sofa I was desiring, I was also looking for some expert guidance to reassure me I was making the 'perfect purchase'. Zirone did not disappoint to this effect; he was able to confirm my specifications were met in terms of accurate measurements and share with me his knowledge with regards to style, as well as practicable, technical and durability aspects.

Zirone had a very 'tuned-in to the customer ' approach ( without being at all "pushy") and had a great likeability! - thus making what could have potentially been a stressful process anything but!!
