We ordered a sofa and two chairs from the Richmond branch of Sofas and Stuff. Ashleigh was brilliant in helping us decide fabrics etc and helping to place the order and arrange delivery. They have just been delivered and are lovely! Gary and Nic delivered them and they were on time and extremely courteous. All the packaging was taken away and the furniture was put in the places we wanted. Would definitely recommend!

Our sofa arrived in good time and in perfect condition. I got a courtesy call from Dave and Gary about 30 minutes before delivery. They were friendly and efficient and had it in place in no time at all. Overall I’m very happy with the service and the sofa.

This was mainly for the delivery service where we had our new bed delivered last week. Martin and Jake did a great job in delivering and assembling

From start to finish buying a sofa from Sofas & Stuff was a fantastic experience. The sales team at Tunbridge Wells, were very helpful, knowledgeable and prepared to go through as many material books as we wanted, there was a vast choice! We were told the order would be 12 weeks, and we received the sofa early. We opted to pay half and put half on interest free instalments for a year, considering the cost of the sofa, this was a big plus! The delivery team were amazing, they arrived in a monsoon at 7.15 a.m., full of smiles and humour which was a bonus, because the task ahead of them was huge trying get the sofa in the living room, but they persevered. And it looks amazing!

We visited the Bruton showroom, Lindsay, the manager, could not have been more personable and helpful. For two hours she showed us potential fabrics for the Helmsley sofa we had chosen.
Both Lindsay's knowledge and customer service are exceptional.
She sent us further samples, and answered our questions by email fully and promptly.
We are very impressed by Sofas & Stuff, the quality of their products and commitment to their customers.
We are looking forward to delivery and enjoying our new sofa!

If we could give Sofas and Stuff more than 5 stars, we would, without hesitation. We bought a sofa from them a few years back and their personable, human and patient support in enabling us to make the right choice was invaluable. For that reason, we decided to choose them when buying a new armchair recently. Once again, their warm and genuine interaction has been without parallel and, as with our first experience, their guidance and their after-sales' care has been exceptional. We have dealt with Hussain, the manager, on both occasions and, this time around, also Paola, and both deserve *****. Excellent in all regards and we are now sitting very comfortably on the results of their input and the company's attention to detail and quality.

Seamless experience throughout, from the moment of the order all the way to delivery. The armchair was delivered on a convenient day, by a friendly and very efficient team of Martyn and Jake, who arrived at the agreed time, quickly assembled the chair and took away all the packaging. We ordered a beautiful sofa and it was manufactured and delivered on time. Sofas and Stuff have their own delivery teams. Gary and Nic were absolutely brilliant and professional. The negotiated an awkward delivery with easy. The set and explained everything. Totally brilliant.

From choosing our new sofa to the order process and updates, Sofa & Stuff Gabs at the Basingstoke showroom was absolutely first class and could not have been more helpful.

Delivery was spot on and on time. Gary and Nic who delivered the sofa and set it in place were amazing and a credit to Sofa & Stuff. They ran through care of the sofa and made sure we were happy taking away all the packaging.

From the initial visit to the Cheltenham showroom to the delivery of our sofa, we have received nothing but excellent service. All staff were knowledgeable and able to offer their expertise. The delivery drivers, Gary and Nic were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. We will certainly recommend Sofas and Stuff our to family and friends.

We took delivery of our small Hampton 2 seater sofa this morning having seen one in the Tunbridge Wells showroom and we are very pleased with it. It's the perfect size for our small snug and is clearly well made. We have used sofas and stuff before so knew them to be quality pieces. We are not disappointed and I'm sat on it now as I type this review!
5 stars to the delivery team too, Jake and Martyn. They were punctual and took away all of the packing material and actually they were just really nice guys to have in our home. That goes a long way with us. Thank you all.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble for Tracey and her team & they really listen to what the client wants & don't force anything upon you. The outstanding service perfectly compliments the quality of their products, and meeting Zambuck was an additional bonus. Thank you, thank you!

Fabulous sofa bought from Bishop Thornton Harrogate. Beautifully made in a pale green velvet. The showroom was welcoming, with an extensive range of sofas, individual chairs and loads of different fabrics to choose from! Virginia was very helpful, patient and had loads of information ….sizes/fabric choices etc. Coffee was offered and I wasn’t rushed to make a decision. Parking was very easy …..so useful. The delivery was on time and information updates given. The two gentleman (one was called Nathan) were kind and polite. Not an easy delivery as it is an old house with low beams and narrow doorways. All very successful. Highly recommend Sofas &Stuff at Bishop Thornton Harrogate.

Tracey and John went out of their way to make sure I had exactly what I was looking for! I visited their Showroom multiple times, greeted warmly by Zambuk, their Trusty Steed… a gorgeous White Boxer! (My main reason for visiting!!😁)
Their patience in my decision making was just wonderful as I had so many amazing choices in fabrics and designs - helped of course by the coffee served!

Sara was an absolute star when my husband and I visited the store to find our first sofa for our new home together. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel so welcome and completely at ease—no pressure, just genuine warmth and enthusiasm to help us find the perfect piece.

She listened carefully to what we wanted (and most importantly, the delivery timing to fit our move-in date), then patiently showed us options, explained the differences between fabrics, and even pulled up fabric swatches and configuration diagrams on her tablet so we could really visualise everything.

What really stood out was how she went above and beyond: coordinated with the production team to confirm we could get our chosen sofa delivered in time for moving in, and followed up with us afterwards to double-check everything was on track.

Thanks to Sara’s knowledge, kindness, and proactive approach, we ended up with a sofa we absolutely love—one we’re so excited to relax on and start making memories in our first home together.
