Fantastic service end to end from Arlo and Jacob and we are thrilled with our new sofas. Caroline in the Guildford store was super helpful at the point of order, the customer service and communication have been excellent and Ashley and Carl who delivered the items were friendly, polite and super helpful.

I bought a sofa and a bed from the Chiswick store. Louise and Lailah could not have been more helpful with picking colours and options. They spent so much time with me, and really cared about my choices.

Both have now arrived, delivered by brilliant teams, who were super professional and helpful.

The sofa is ridiculously comfy and the bed is beautiful! We are very happy.

Purchased a sofa (The Robin) 3 years ago but to be honest the sofa cushions have got progressively uncomfortable in the last year and have collapsed. They were sold as a fibre and feather mix but when I took them to a sofa expert for some advice he showed me that they were only cheap fibre inside. Also, the cushion inserts don’t even fit the covers properly and so they have loosely stuffed the corners with an ineffective mix of fibre and feathers (a practice that was abandoned in the 1980s as it was so poor quality). They said I had a strong case for miss-selling and that the quality of filling used in a sofa of this price is outrageous. I contacted the store (Bristol) and they did not want to know and customer services (who I have sent videos and pictures of the issue) have just told me that as it is out of warranty for the soft furnishing (12 months) there is nothing they can do. I have neither the time or the energy to pursue this but wanted to warn others not to waste their money. The sofas look good but perform terribly. The store told me that they have discontinued this type of filling presumably but it is so awful.

Arrived in good time. Ashley & Leo were very professional and approachable. They were clearly very happy to be part of the Arlo & Jacob team and did them proud with their level of service.

Ashley & Connor made the delivery of our two new sofas super easy. Text and call advising of arrival time and couldn't have been more helpful with positioning where we wanted. They also took all the packaging away which was a relief. 5* service to go with 5* sofas.

Arlo & Jacob in Marlow helped me choose my new sofa and chair - great info and lots of patience. The lovely Connor and Carl made the delivery, set up the new furniture quickly and efficiently and placed the items as well. It all looks fantastic - huge thank you to you all

Ashley and Connor just delivered our sofas and they were extremely helpful. Team in Bath who dealt with my order were also great and I called customer service as I was worried about access on our lane. Everyone is knowledgable and helpful. Very pleased with my sofas and swivel chair.

The whole process from buying the sofas in store to the delivery of the sofas was fabulous. Felix in the St Albans store was helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly patient as we sat on many sofas and considered a myriad of patterns before coming to our decision. After buying the info from the company regarding delivery was timely and helpful. On the day before delivery and on the actual day communication was excellent and accurate. When Ashley and Ed delivered the sofa they were lovely people and sorted our delivery quickly and professionally even styling the scatter cushions. Really lovely guys. Great service.

They were so wonderful and nev and Haydn were so quick and went above and beyond and carried the sofa up three flights of stairs and assembled so quickly without leaving anything! And helped me move something else! Very greatful.
