I have to say im amazed with the quality of furniture they have. I bought a massive couch gorgeous looking and extremely comfortable for a really good price comparing with other places it was a done deal. Payed deposit on Thursday and had the couch delivered by Friday! The next day ! I was so happy at the fast service and guys put it together in no time. Now I'm enjoying my evenings on a dream couch. Would highly recommend the place and going back there to shop some more 👌

I would give 0 stars to this company if I could. I wish I would read all this reviews before placing my order with this rubbish company. Placed an order for a corner sofa the end of November 2022, in Little Island, Cork. I was told my sofa will be ready the end of January or the start of February 2023. I rang them the start of February and I was told my sofa arrived in Dublin and it will be delivered soon. Rang the store next day and spoke to the manager..he told me my sofa it is not Dublin and haven’t been sent from Poland and he will check for more details and will come back to me…that was a big lie, he never came back to me..I tried to ring the store few days later and nobody even answerred… after few phone calls with no success.. got a call back from the girl that works there…she adviced me that my Sofa will arrive to Ireland 17th of February…after 17th I rang again the store and of course there was no answer, rang Dublin store and I was told my sofa will arrive to Ireland the end of March, in the meantime the Cork manager called me back to advice me the same thing…he offered me either a refund for the deposit I paid in case I wish to cancel the order or a discount for the inconvenience, I told him I need to think about this and I will come back to him with a decision. I texted him on the 1st of March asking what the discount would be and he replied saying that he is wasn’t in work that day and he ll check next day and will come back to me…this never happened..I text him again on the 8th of March and stil haven’t got a reply. What a shame and what a waste of time and money. I stil don’t know what will happen in the end..who knows if I ll be getting my sofa in the end… and that’s not all…theg are after closing down the shop in Cork and now it seems that the manager is not replying to me. I would not recommend this company. They don’t care about their customers.

The lady in the store was very helpful when showing us a few options of sofas. Delivery was very quick and easy. Their forgot to drop 2 coloured cushions but I contacted the store and they took care of it straight away. I recommend Sofa Galaxy. Great products.

Zero stars if i could give it. Dont care one bit about anybody money hungry scammers once you pay the normal guarantee your get with any other store they do not stick to it. not there problem brush it of to the manufacturer or in some comments i have seen say "must have the wrong shop" the ignorance of there staff its the only 5 stars they will get for been scumb#gs AVOID AT ALL COSTS there website is gone down hopfully gone out of business :)

Fraud company . Keep away. Ordered a system unit - called back to say item not available . Asked for refund , send me an email confirmation but no money returned .I gave them multiple calls and emails after with no reply. I had to take the case through PayPal to get the chargeback . All the stress I had to go through 🥺. Absolute scammers . Have reported the company.

Guys please be carefully with this company!!!!!! Bought kitchen table& chairs as a set. They promised to be ready in two months!!!!! Eventually after the big arguments got a table and was waiting for a chairs to be delivered 7 months which never came….. They kept looking for an excuses. Customer service is very poor, they don’t care about you…… eventually you will be left alone!!!!!!! Big layers they are!!!!!!😡
They gave me the boss email address emailed, never got the reply. Asked to talked to him on the phone , they refused to do so.
