Ordered an Atlantic Sofa bed from Sofa Galaxy. Had it delivered within a week. Staff were lovely to deal with. The lads who delivered and assembled it were lovely. Everything was stress free from start to finish and they were all so helpful. Great prices especially for the quality of the products

From start to finish I can't fault these guys, so friendly & professional. I ordered a wall bed, sofa & wardrobe for my apartment on Saturday. They were all delivered and assembled by Tuesday. Got a large U shape sofa from Sofa Galaxy nearly 2 years ago. The quality and comfort is excellent. It is so comfortable and still looks like new. We love it so much and found the staff very helpful and the price very reasonable we have decided to buy a 2nd sofa from them. 100% recommend

Be aware of this shop! Please scroll down and see all the customer reviews and response from the owner on any negetive reviews. They are an absolutely unprofessional bunch with a super rude owner (the staff are much nicer though). I bought a Sofa and was given a time slot of 5 - 7 PM. The sofa (with a damage) was delivered by Alan and team at 8:30 PM and the fitters struggled for around 2 hours (after lot of swearing amongst themselves) to somehow get the sofa assembled. This doesn't stop here the fitters were totally negligent and damaged my new laminate flooring, good few planks need to be replaced now which will costing me few hundreds in labour and material. When we raised this issue they offered €200 on next purchase/ another sofa initially (totally useless to offer as I just wanted a proper sofa and assembly in the first place without damage to floor and not any discounts- these guys caused the damage). We asked for €400 to cover for the damage caused to the flooring which owner did not agree to and was quite rude when I posted the review on Facebook (emailed and responded to Facebook comments saying no more €200 for you as if we were dependent on €200 from him). He said you can go to the Consumer Court and only then we will revert. Finally, we asked them to take the damaged sofa and refund the amount, which they did. We had to write a good few emails and call them to get the refund initiated. Overall shocked at the rudeness and unprofessional attitude of the owner and the negligence of the delivery guys. Very poor service, go to a reputed professional business in the area and avoid this place at all cost. I went to Des Kelly a couple of blocks aways and the service was perfect (they didn't cause any damage to anything in my apartment during installation). Long story short avoid at all cost, and go through all negative reviews carefully.

From the start when myself & my girlfriend arrived to the store both ladies were brilliant to deal with. We're able to advise us on payment options such as monthly & or full.

The sofa we ordered was out of stock but within 3 weeks the couch was delivered from build to my sitting room which was fantastic, quickest I've seen in a long time.

They always answered the phone with questions & both delivery men had the couch up in my apartment & fitted within 20 mins.

Great service all round, couch is exactly what we ordered & is probably the best couch I've sat on. Will definitely be back for other furniture in the near future. Highly recommend
