I got a discount without asking for some on my original large order.
I had issues with delivery going to the wrong address. However, this was efficiently and swiftly rectified and I also got an email of apology after my initial review. However, the website needs polishing up especially where delivery is different from customer address.

In regards to the checkout process, I can see that you selected the same address as the billing address. Another good purchase experience …
I have purchased from Socket Store previously and have never been disappointed. The website is easy to navigate; they were quick to email me, confirming my purchase and the dispatching of of my order; all of the sockets and switches were well packaged ensuring none would arrive damaged and the quality is outstanding.
