I haven't received my package.
I still haven't received my last order. I asked for an explanation, but I haven't received any response.
I paid over €100 for this, and I don't even deserve a phone call or a reply… They said UPS delivered my package, but at 3 PM. I work, so I don't understand how that's possible. I asked all my neighbors and the building manager, but no packages have been delivered. I even went to the UPS center and tried calling them, but still nothing.

They have a lot of products to choose from. An extra packet was send alongside my order as a kind of sample which I greatly appreciated.
Not long after ordering I received a text allowing me to choose to have it send to my house or to collect at a pick up point.
