Support from this company must be the worst I have received ever. Didn't call me back but Whatsapped me instead. No response when I asked them to call me, then said they had replied when I complained. Said they would investigate and get back to me. Over a week later and still no response. You are on your own!
In the shop I buy a piece. It have never works. I've opend it (Upper and under receiver), to see what's happen. This is normal in the airsoft world. Later they will give me no free service for repair the never used new wapon and send me a bill to pay for repair and sending. Reason they told me I've opend the wapon. Very BAD service.
Sell crap items and do not refund.
