If you’ve bought anything from this joke company then have them checked professionally because you’ve been taken for a ride !! They advertise with genuine shoes on their website then send stinking poorly built replicas. You buy from a uk website then have to return them to VIETNAM ! That should tell you all you need to know

Dispute raised with PayPal on March 7th 2025 ! I sent these horrid replicas to Vietnam and the seller has twice ignored the door

they sent me a video and I have only just come across the video.. the trainers are fake. I told them I will not be accepting the trainers.. they said if I don't accept them I won't get a refund, I won't be accepting them! and I will get a refund.
( no refund has been issued still fighting for it. had a email off use to say to take this review down I will post your emails you rat!)

ABSOLUTE SCAM
Avoid at all costs. They send you fake trainers, and upon returning the trainers they don’t even issue the refund.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Possibly the worst company I have ever bought from. I ordered a pair of airmax 95s from the website around the middle of January for £161 (through paypal just incase) and they sent the fakest pair I have ever seen. They even sent me an ‘authentication video’ of the exact same shoes and they were horrendous. After 12/13 days they arrived and I requested a return label the following day. They said they would send me it in 2 weeks time due to ‘complications’. After this I informed paypal and they (sneakersdotlondon) bribed me asking me to close the case in order to receive the return label. Eventually however many weeks later they sent me a ‘return address’ which in fact was another one of their customers’ houses. I told paypal and they gave me the exact return address which was in vietnam… So I had to pay an extra £35 out of my own pocket to send them back and they had the cheek to not even answer the door to royal mail, and didn’t go to the depot to receive them. Eventually Paypal have sent me the refund which blows my mind how it’s taken so long but atleast I got there in the end. Trust me, never ever buy from this company. They steal from customers and try to make you return your shoes to someone else in order for them to not lose out on money.

After 3 months of fighting i finally got my refund from klarna through PayPal for some fake trainers I received, these are scam sellers please do not buy from these

SCAMMERS! SELL FAKE TRAINERS! they also blackmailed my partner saying if he doesn't take his negative reviews down he would not get a refund! This has been going on since 15th Jan and we still haven't got money back! They have now blocked us on facebook and keep changing their business name, SNEAKERS DOT LONDON YOUR A SCAM and I will make everyone aware! We aslo have proof of the whole process!!

Just don't order. The shop is a fake and you can tell by the language of the positive reviews that they are not written by customers. They all use similar non British English and over the top language.

Not a legit company ignoring my emails and not received the product I ordered tracking number has said the same thing for 2 weeks saying it’s waiting to be scanned

ordered a pair of 95s a few weeks back as website looked authentic and were selling them at good prices. After trying to pay with paypal they emailed me asking if i could pay with my bank card (obviously trying to get it so it wouldn’t be as easy to refund. After reading all of the reviews it’s fair to say this is a total scam website. Also if you call there phone number some indian man picks up from a call centre 🤣. Don’t even try to hide it anymore the scammy bastards

Avoid Avoid Avoid, Paid £175.00 for a Pair of Trainers which I believe to be counterfeit anyway - After I purchased and saw there video of the trainers they were sending from Viet Nam.

I too received a tracking number on the 8th of February still saying sender has sent it but no further detail than this some 3 weeks ago.

Tried calling and Emailing and nothing, now a dispute with my Credit Card Provider.

Please don't purchase from this horrible company as you will only be disappointed.

This is clearly a scam website buyers beware!
I have purchased a pair of trainers for my son and have not received them 2 weeks later. They went through the trouble of providing me with a tracking number and link with royal mail. When you click on the link it clearly states waiting for package to be received. They are now ignoring my requests for further information and proof of postage.

Fake trainer scam DO NOT ORDER. Ordered these on 15th January turned up mid February and quality is shockingly bad, currently going through fraud with my credit card company fighting for a refund. DO NOT ORDER YLU WILL BE SCAMMED. I will continue to leave bad reviews every day until I have refund

Sneakers London are a joke . Back in October I bought 2 pairs for my son . He was extremely disappointed as one pair were damaged & the other pair looked so plastic. I took them to JD SPORTS & they thought it was hilarious these people are allowed to sell this rubbish . Trainers are FAKE FAKE FAKE & shit fake , bashed boxed . I sent them back not able to speak to a human . Unfortunately I paid with Clearpay although my bank stopped payments. Clearpay are still looking for money I’m getting constant calls with them looking for nearly £600 . PayPal is much better as I would have got an instant refund ….

I bought - or thought I had bought - a pair of trainers from Sneakers Dot London. I paid over £165. They even charged me P&P!!!
I did not get the trainers, nor did I get any response to my emails and texts. I should have realised the site was dodgy as the 'customer service' number is a mobile, and it turns out that when you ring it you get a message that it doesn't accept incoming calls...! I have had no response and no trainers and I am currently £165+ out of pocket.

Also, notice how all of the so-called ‘positive’ reviews are exactly the same format - totally made up. They are scamming people all over and then adding fake ‘good’ reviews to hide the bad ones.

Totally fraudulent. Have reported to police/Action Fraud.

UPDATE: Before first posting this review, based upon my unfortunate experience with this sham company, I sent them two emails, sent two texts and rang (or tried to ring) the no shown for customer services, and I got absolutely no reply - oh, and also got no trainers or refund. But since I posted this bad review, about what a scam this company is, they have added the below saying that I need to get in touch. Hilarious. How's about you just send me my trainers or refund me my £165 instead?

Hugely disappointed with the customer service. My teenage son ordered trainers on the 28th December. They never arrived, and no update given on order. Turns out they are out of stock. After struggling to get an answer, we've been told a refund was provided. Completely untrue. Instead of assisting with this, they've advised raising a dispute with my bank. A painful and unnecessary process and my son currently remains out of pocket.

To update following the reply below, I have already emailed several times with no responses received.

FAKE TRAINERS
all pictures on website are legit. These are not the shoes you receive . Got a battered box containing fake shoes. Thankfully I sent the links and pictures to PayPal and got my money refunded but please don't go thru ordering what u think are real shoes. Had a very upset 15 year old thinking he had lost his hard earned cash. Emailed company and they said they wouldn't refund unless I sent pictures and videos explaining. When I did they just ignored me. PayPal opened an investigation and we got our money back.

Waited 16 days and still did not arrive. I also questioned the authenticity to which they did not reply with a positive answer and just sent me a video of the trainers which could have been done anywhere with a genuine pair. No guarantee of authenticity and no trainers after 16 days. Had to go through PayPal for a refund as well. Avoid this seller they are scammers.
