TERRIBLE DO NOT USE!!!
I reluctantly handed over my all white chanel trainers. Initially I went for the cleaning service, however they mentioned oxidation etc and upselled me to have them repaired/repainted. I got them back with blue denim marks still showing and a yellow mark on the side sole which I wouldn’t expect with a repaint!! Such a poor service. I explained that this is not what I would expect for £105. He quickly touched up the yellow mark with paint the and tried to explain they warned me that these trainers are not great to clean. Which I understand but then don’t upsell me or don’t accept them. They basically didn’t offer anything else or any money back. The suede is also now very rough as they’ve clearly scrubbed it too hard and now looks fully grey. He said the more you clean them the worse they’ll look!!!!! Heart breaking! Wish I never handed them over! Currently looking for somewhere else to take them!

My experience using Sneaker Laundry UK, was outstanding, I had a couple of pairs of trainers i no longer wore due to how dirty and scuffed they were. Sneaker Laundry UK soon sorted them out for me and the results were crazy! Would highly recommend using them and will be using them in the future for sure!
