I bought a pair of Arches slip on sandals from Footmaster which is an expensive shoe store where you expect the quality of the product to be good. The sole of these sandals started to disintegrate after hardly wearing them. I took them back to the shoe store and they advised they would contact head office and call me back about a refund but I never heard back. I emailed their customer service but didn’t receive a response. Poor customer service

One star purely for marketing strategy. I started receiving more and more promotional emails over the time. As of recently they were coming in daily. And sometimes even two per day. Today I received 3 with completely different content. And it’s not even 6pm….. This is bordering abuse…..
