TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Will never use them again. When i ordered on their Website. Wrong items came into cart. Would not rectify the issue.
Their preffered Courier. DHL did not deliver to my address at stated time. Had to collect from local depot. 12 mile journey. Contacted Snackeroo by message on their Website. No reply. Emali. No reply, Their Facebook Page, Messenger. No reply. They dont have a telephone number, to contact them.
Yesterday, i received an Email from one of their owners. Ben. Not about my issues. But a Generic email. about using them again. I replied stating my issues. But still no reply. Absolute shocking Customer Service. Will never use them again.

The parcel was flagged as delivered by the courier on the 4th, one day later than the initial estimate.
The email from Ben is an automated email dispatched after each customer's first order.
If an order is flagged as having been delivered and the customer has raised no issues with the contents, there is little more we can do, we are not Amazon, we are a local business and do not have the manpower to answer frivolous emails during an exceptionally busy work week, we prefer to focus on customer complaints we can actually help.
We encourage customers to request a redelivery from the courier as this is a service they offer when the parcel is at their depot, we cannot be held liable for the actions of the customer outside our ability to influence.

Great company and great service

I have used this company for a while now. They always pack everything well so nothing is crushed or broken. Every order I have had, has arrived quickly. I don't think I have anything bad to say about them. Great company and great service.

Bad experience with this company

Bad experience with this company. Unfortunately, when placing the order, I missed off my door number, so DHL couldn't deliver,. After a few days this was rectified I phoned DHL, and sorted that, but still no parcel. So got in touch with Snackaroo, after a couple of emails back and forth, I had a very rude, snotty email from them, was told that , as I hadn't bothered to rectify the problem myself, nothing they could do. So I had all records of phone calls, emails, times when DHL, did say would be delivered, but still wasn't. Snackaroo cancel my order, I asked for full refund, but they said not possible, postage has to come off, .Very dissapointed, not very good at all.
