The content is great! The biggest improvement would be to have an actual person lead the lessons—especially the ones on eloquent speaking or communication. Listening to AI voice loses the punch.

I like the concept of micro-learning…

I like the concept of micro-learning where you can follow short courses for 5-10 minutes a day on various topics.

The content is taught via short and clear structured sentences. I appreciate the possibility to both read and listen.

However, given the fact that is an app for which one has to pay, I think that developpers could expand the amount of topics and the variety of content. To elaborate more on the second; I am now doing the course on Leadership, where most content consists of dry text. It would be more helpful to have a bigger variety of content, like videos with examples of how one can apply the taught content. This way Smarty Me can also really prove that the content is made by professionals and not AI (which I regularly assume when reading all those text blocks in refined language and lots of emojis).

Hidden behind rigid terms and zero customer support

Do not trust this company. Their billing system is predatory. I barely touched the app (less than 20 minutes of total use over 3 months) and requested a fair refund for the months I didn't use. Customer support completely ignored the lack of usage and refused to provide any service or flexibility. They just hide behind their terms to keep your money. Terrible customer care and completely unhelpful.

Like it a lot

Like it a lot. The lessons approach important topics and the stories are relatable. Short lessons is a plus.
3 suggestions for an improved experience:
1) it would be even better if you could configure it to automatically jump from one session to the other
2) when we finish a lesson or reopen the application it goes to the first lesson when it would be preferred to the last one finished
3) we have a survey in the end of each lesson which is a bit overwelming. Maybe change it to have it at the end of a section to make it lighter?
