Smartwings canceled our flight without any reason and offered us only flight 3 days earlier or 4 days later than original flight (without reimbursing extra costs arising from this flights shift).
They deliberately ignore EU legislation hoping people will not sue over this.

The worst by far. The flight was delayed for hours, the smartwing representatives were unable to provide any information and they kept repeating that it's due to a technical issue.
Seriously, with smartwings there's no way you're departing on time. Really fed up with them. NEVER AGAIN
Difficult company to deal with
They cancelled our flight and gave no reason. I asked for a refund, and after 4 months, they gave me only a partial refund with no recourse. Utterly terrible customer service, no easy way of getting through to them. Avoid.

First, you're stupid staff member RIPPED UP our boarding passes in front of us at malaga airport, because she DIDN'T KNOW THE LAW. She said to us that we need 3 vaccines to fly to Prague. Which is WRONG WRONG WRONG. The Czech government simply wrote on the website of the ministry of health - YOU MUST HAVE BEEN VACCINATED IN THE LAST 270 DAYS. WHICH WE WERE!
I emailed your compliance department, made a phone call I REQUESTED A TRANSCRIPT. The transcript was NEVER SENT TO ME. Do you think you can break the law? Then I assume once I gave the required information, which clearly stated that WE WERE RIGHT, you stopped replying to our emails, because YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID WAS WRONG. You won't send us the information because you know what your staff members have done will land you in trouble.

Lost our flights and money as SmartWings cancelled on us 2 days before flying. No support team to talk to and the website offers only 2 options:
1 - Cancel for an unknown fee
2 - Book another flight for an unknown fee
Both options asking for card details upfront before confirming. Absolutely disgusting 'dead end' experience! Do not fall for the same trap!

Although my flight London to Prague was cancelled, the refund was processed really fast following the call to customer service (the lady on the phone was friendly and efficient).

Arrived in London from Prague after a very average and somewhat uncomfortable flight on a Boeing 747 to find my suitcase missing two out of four wheels. To add insult to injury, the baggage chuckers had placed the dismembered wheels neatly on the conveyor belt next to my suitcase.
Pleasantly Surprised
I was very hesitant to use SmartWings given the many bad reviews I had read, but I had no choice.
I was very pleasantly surprised, the flight was smooth, easy, no issue with luggage the other side and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The planes interior was a tiny bit worn but not much, and honestly having flown on BA just a few weeks before, I’d say SmartWings were just as good.
Highly recommended.
Why is this not a thing everywhere?
I don´t know if I am to thank Satur or Smartwings for seat management but I will thank both. Bloody well done! On both flights to Cyprus I noticed that Smartwings moves families with kids to the front of the airplane and leaves the back of the airplane to adults. Why is this not a thing everywhere? THANK YOU! You made air travel SO much better for everyone. It is the first time I flew (out of hundreds) where a screaming infant did not bother me or a toddler running up and down the aisle. First time I thought it is an accident, but on second flight I knew I could not be that lucky and it must be a smart person somewhere behind this. Keep it up! I want this everywhere.

I was just a well flight to Burgas. Plenty of food and drinks, a lot of entertainment content. The flight service was good too.
Smartwings - confirmed boking rejected
I booked a flight on 7 August Prague to London. Flight was on 21st Aug. I tried to check-in on August 14. I discovered that even though I had a written confirmation of the flight + booking reference and the payment also confirmed, Smart Wings refused to honor the booking. When I rang them the customer adviser found me immediately on their computer. But he wouldn't admit it was there booking error on the payment. Not did he try to solve the problem. They wanted to charge me again - 150% of the original cost to make a new booking. I have gone with another airline.
FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE, AVOID
They cancelled my flight in May due to covid (understandable). They refused to provide refund and offered change of dates only. Leaving aside how painful it was to process the change, I would understand that they cannot return all the money. However, they made me pay extra (fare change) and THAN THEY CANCELLED THE NEW FLIGHT AGAIN WHILE THERE WERE NO RESTRICTIVE MEASURES IN PLACE (July 2020). STILL REFUSES TO REFUND ME.
