Flawless customer experience

I have to write about a very positive experience that I had when buying products from Smartrangeleather through their online store. I did not take proper measurements when ordering a leather jacket, so when it arrived it was one size too small. I immediately contacted the support, and was able to arrange for the smaller jacket to be exchanged for the one size larger one. Everything went smoothly, and I did not have to pay any delivery fees, bot times the jackets were sent.
