Canceled the order even when the payment made and order made. I still see the product available.

We’re sorry you feel this way. However, we would like to clarify that our products are shipped directly from Morocco, and our shipping information, product availability, and policies are clearly described on our website.

The order was canceled based on the circumstances of the order and our ability to fulfill it properly. We always prefer to cancel an order rather than send a product when we cannot guarantee the expected service.

We are a legitimate Moroccan brand and take our customers and reputation seriously. We also believe that reviews should reflect a genuine customer experience and not be used to create an unfair impression of our business.

We respect every customer’s opinion, but the suggestion that our business is “very unprofessional” does not reflect the information provided on our website or the way we operate.
