Renewal got declined for no reason even though I had good score, paid each month on time, and for some reason can’t renew with no reason given

Excellent driving in all 3 catagorys yet market as good overall how dose that make any sence.. 89% in speed 100% in the rest yet 74% overall.. surely working out an average i should be 96.3%✓ help me understand ur scoring system ??

Very good experience with the smartdriverclub insurance. I was pleased with the tracker and the application in the mobile that monitored tracker records. Big thank to the lovely staff of customer services.

Customer service is awful if you’re looking for questions they don’t answer in reasonable time at all, on the smart driving app aswell shows only 3 marking criteria when I fact you get marked on 6 but they do not show you what you are scored on the other 3 seems weird …

You put my insurance down from the good care we have taken this year, which is really positive and a fair reward for a safe year driving, only to then raise the excess on the policy, because the underwriter has raised it. Really poor show that, why can’t you deliver promises on the savings like you state? I thought you were different and bill yourself as a different way to insure but as ever the same old money grab each time.

I have never had any problems at all with this company. Great customer service whenever i phone them. Nothing bad to say at all. By far the best i have been with. Keep up the good work :)

i have been waiting a week for my NCB proof, been on the phone 5 times each time waiting 30mins to get through i have emailed many times and nothing they say they will send it but still nothing.

back on the phone again today!!!

Still waiting for my refund still waiting for return envelope to send back box still waiting for notice of cancellation. Pay extra and avoid this company 55mins just trying to get thru on the phone not enough hours in the day to waste time trying to talk to someone. Just avoid the hassle

I live in London and this is the best deal I found. With the black box I find I'm planning my journey in advance so there's no temptation to speed. However there are drivers who find my driving annoying and I do feel the pressure to speed up but I never do. A complimentary sticker to say 'this car's speed is being monitored' would be nice.

Hi.. I'm happy to continue at smartdriveclubinsurance.. But I had to get a camera or something like that to mount on my car.. I downloaded the app but it asks me to have that device and I can't complete.. My address is priory Avenue 40 high wycombe HP 136 sw... I want to mention that I received the mail as i sent to my address.. But I didn't get anything.. Thank you very much

I've been with SDCI for two years now and have generally got excellent service. I also love their App, which gives lots of feedback to improve ones driving, and also helps to find your car if you've forgotten where it was parked!

The most recent quote provided was very competitive (as we managed to qualify for their top discount due to our 'performance' over the last year) but I had to ring up both to chase my renewal quote, I then had to chase to get my renewal documents, both of which I feel should have been sent automatically. That said, when I did contact SDCI customer services they were very prompt at addressing these issues.
