SmartDraw is the best and easiest to use for effective charts of all kinds. Simple as that.

I use this program for designing parts warehousing, and parts retail display areas. It is very user friendly. I have recommended this program to other truck dealership managers, for the same purpose.

I'd highly recommend this software. The program is very user friendly and produces great drawings without the complexities that are associated with trying to drive most CAD programs. A+

I am not really a heavy user of smartdraw. I am currently engaged in illumination projects and utilize smartdraw in drawing floor plans and electrical diagrams, as well as for scheduling.

I have been around for quite a long time though, I am currently in my 70's, and I believe that smartdraw is the most comprehensive and friendly software for business applications that I have ever used throughout my career in business and engineering. The tools cover a very broad range of topics, from strategic planning, quality, lean, project management, and of course engineering and general management.

I enjoy looking at the tutorials and find them concise and very useful.

I am into my second year of subscription to SD and could not be happier. The annual renewal cost is a fraction of what this software is worth to me with its ease of use and diversity that includes schematic layouts, scale drawings, project management with GANTT charts, templates in many fields - incredible value. Very easy to use with great resources and support, can't recommend highly enough. I have pensioned off three discrete software packages I was using (each of which were significantly higher cost than SD when they were purchased three years ago) as SD 2017 has made them all redundant. You won't be disappointed.

I really enjoy working in SmartDraw. I first started using it over a weekend bc I had an emergency project due. I spent the whole weekend using it, and was very productive. SmartDraw is perfect for people who have to explain things. I use SmartDraw for workflow and business processes. I would have given it 5 stars, but I found that most of the training videos seem to be better at selling/hyping SmartDraw, rather than providing educational help. But the app itself is pretty cool and easy to learn. The stuff that I've produced in SmartDraw has truly wow'd my exec team.

Have been using SmartDraw for about ten years now. The program is very flexible, powerful, and relatively inexpensive for what it provides. Customer service is fantastic, whether to help in updating/upgrading or addresses those bugs that inevitably creep in now and then. Not like some big companies we could all name...

Honestly I am not an Architect or Draughtsperson but one who has been involved in many hospitality projects around the world. Retired now, I have decided to open a string of Laundromats and need to do a few layout (floor plans, elevations etc). I searched the internet and tried a couple of software's' on a TRIAL basis to see if the software was easy to use before buying. SmartDraw I found to be easy. It's logical and has so many templates, symbols, icons Import/Export facilitators to allow me to navigate and add/delete where I make mistakes. I would recommend it to everyone. It is a clever software.. sorry Smart software! Their support team also is very helpful.

Smartdraw is fascinating! just a little bit slow...

Great program worth the subscription price. I experience crashing if I have the program open for more than a few hours, which is easy to do when working on a big project. The floorplans could be a made a little easier and I would appreciate more options for the textures and furniture choices.

SmartDraw is a great charting software package. It is so flexible and useful in the applications in which I have use it. Even the customer service contacts I have made have been very professional and effective. I have found the software easy to use and broad enough to include many kinds of drawings I use.

A lot of templates to choose from. Covers almost the entire operation of the business. Cloud Apps, cross-platform. Could be better if available for dedicated mobile apps.

I am retired and do consulting work in Facility Management. I don’t know and never wanted to know how to use CAD software. But now I need to make professional sketches and small drawings as part of my work. I find SDS to do exactly want I need. It is intuitive and easy to use. I have been a customer of SDS for over 7 years.

I have used this product to create electric schematics for test boxes on aircraft equipment.
design flow faultfinding diagrams for techs to be more effective in diagnosing faults.
and even a plan view to submit to council so i could build a 3 bay garage

so what can i say, excellent product, easy to use, lost of preformed templates that will also give you better ideas

this program is affordable, recommend it for all types of users
math, science, media, presentations, planning, ill stop now as i could go on and on.

We are just starting to use Smart Draw for preparing archaeological site maps, so we will see how that will work when compared with other CAD programs that we have used in the past. So far Smart Draw seems to do the trick, it is seamless and works better with our machines :).

Very communicative support team - software does the trick for our floor plans!

The more I use SmartDraw the more impressed I am with its versatility. When combined with Dropbox for file storage I can have all my files at my fingertips whether working from my office or when mobile at a client site.
