I have tried contacting their support but it's a no go.

Customer service responded to my initial query but did not respond to the follow up.
I had to figure things out by spending my evening sorting through blogs on my issue.
The actual VPN now works quite well but customer service is inadequate.

I don't often leave bad reviews and I had heard good things about SlickVPN before signing up, namely, you can access Netflix while using the VPN. Well, you can, when it works. Only a few days into my subscription, the VPN refused to connect, stuck in an endless loop of "waiting...reconnecting...waiting..."

I contacted SlickVPN about this and none of their suggestions to fix it worked. So I've basically shelled out $60ish AUD for a VPN I can't use. Bit annoyed to be honest.

It actually does what it says it does.

Covers all my needs. Easy to get up and running in no time.

Some days it works, others it doesn't

The software is easy to use and install. Only drawback is that it is occasionally slow.

The service and protection is awesome. The one change that I would love to see is the ability on a mobile platform ( android and iOS ) is the ability to switch locations/servers from a drop down menu, instead of having to create different profiles.

Simple interface, easy to use, great help menu, does everything it says it will

It's good when its working
However sometimes when I want to close the app, it's stuck and won't close. So I believe that the app itself not fully compatible with osX

anytime i try to download the new version to my HP ELITEBOOK 64BIT(windows 10) the app gets installed successfully but doesn't work when i insert my user name and password.except for the older version .

need servers in china

It's kinda glitchy at times, the client has a variety of issues, etc. Additionally, some servers NEVER connect, or can only be connected to with a certain protocol and port.

Still Cannot get it to work on my win 7 machine have followed instruction as per emails and still does not want to mask my ip just keeps trying jumping out trying jumping out and so on.
I have spent more time changing settings than I have had internet time.

Not Happy.

Great easy to use VPN. Customer service was prompt and extremely helpful. Happily recommend this service to all.

I was surprised how fast the connection is.

In general, this is a good service. The main goal is to offer security and anonymity. However, improvements in connection speed and responsiveness would be welcome (if feasible).
