Very uncomfortable, very Firm
Bought this mattress around 6 months ago, so its had plenty of time to settle and for us to get used to a different sleep experience.
This is the most uncomfortable mattress, one of the worst to sleep on for both partner and I. Its incredibly hard, very firm, with little give in it anywhere and definitely should not be rated as Medium-Soft (sleepsoul) or Medium (a vendor). Leaves us both with aches, pains and feeling bruised. The foam top seems to do little to soften anything but instead adds to discomfort. We have a different sleepsoul mattress in another bedroom that's been ok.
Massive regret buying this mattress. The very reasonable price turned out to be waste of money instead of a great buy.
Tried contacting retailer who simply said softness ratings are subjective so not their problem. Although the purchase experience was easy and the mattress unrolls and expands impressively well, the discomfort is upsetting. Have had to go mattress shopping again.

Reasonably priced mattress.
The mattress arrived in a vacuum pack but soon filled out , although it's recommended to leave it 24 hours to reach it's full potential it was fine . After only having this for 1 week it is very comfortable and loving the pillow top as it is quite a firm mattress. All in all I'd recommend it.
Be warned it is very heavy though took 2 people to carry it .
