The comfort 800 pocket mattress is…
The comfort 800 pocket mattress is advertised as medium but it is solid as a rock and caused excessive him and joint pain.
When contacted, neither sleep soul or mattressnextday (where I purchased it) wanted to know. Customer service was patronising - blaming the pain on my sleep position rather than the mattress.
I have had to spend more on a good mattress topper just to make it possible to sleep on without waking in pain.
My advice would be to avoid this mattress and these companies at all costs.

Mixed bag, but when they're good they're great!
We've now had 3 of these mattresses - the newest one bought a few months ago is uncomfortable & harder than expected, but returning would be too expensive & appears not to be covered by the guarantee, so is in the guest room. The first one we bought was quite good for the first couple of years, but started to sag both sides & stick up in the middle after about 3 years - despite being rotated every few months as advised. SS mattress number three is just over a year old & still wonderful at present - hopefully it'll last!!!

Mattress arrived on time and the old Mattress was taken away (for a fee), seems like a nice Mattress but I have only had it a couple of days so can't really comment as to it's quality yet but I'm very happy with it so far.

So soft and comfortable best mattress ever
Delivery was very quick indeed.
This is the second night I have slept on my mattress and it's been the best sleep I've had in a long time. It's so soft but yet not too soft and in the morning I haven't ached like I normally do. Highly recommend

Great mattress and value for money
Great mattress and value for money, quick delivery, although paid for delivery to room, the delivery man just dropped it at my door. Cooling is not great but overall the mattress is comfortable.
