Ordered late Sunday night, delivered Tuesday afternoon. Well packed paving slabs. Lovely delivery driver. Would order from this company again.

No problem dealing with Slades but the pallet company let them down a bit. Didn't turn up in the time window they advised so had to ring Slades who got onto it straight away. They only had to deliver from 15 mins away.

This is my second order with them, and it has been a frustrating experience. My first order arrived with a few broken tiles, so I sent them pictures and emailed multiple times. Initially, I received no response, and later someone named Jass, who may be the staff or owner, asked me to send pictures for a refund instead of sending replacement tiles. However, after that, they disappeared,then came up saying the same , send us picture but zero actions has been taken, eventually i had realised ,he has wasted my time only. In my second order, I was again faced with issues, this time with shortened tiles. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from or recommending this website.

Avoid this company at all costs! They charge 50% RESTOCKING CHARGE if you need to return anything plus £75 plus VAT for each pallet collection and delivery charge. I got 20% back when returning items from the price I have paid and they have been as awkward as they could especially Jess. Very rude! The whole process to get any money back took over a month

There was an issue with the pellet delivery service provided by an independent company, but Slade's Garden took all necessary actions to resolve it and even waived the delivery fee.

Price was excellent but it took until the next day to confirm my order and delivery information was non existent, product just turned up in the end, good job I was in. They responded quickly to my email queries, even though they couldn't provide any definite information but I shouldn't have had to be asking about confirmation and delivery !
