Have been a loyal customer for a few years now and recently applied for a new loan but was declined due to my credit history while moving house due to some direct debits not coming out and bouncing for unknown reasons, although having these issues resolved and payment plans made for the missed / late payments I was still declined, a couple of weeks later I was sent a text message from skyline direct calling me a valued and loyal customer so I contacted my agent and she advised me to make sure I had pictures, screenshots of all my payments and payment plans and to apply again, I made sure i did and applied again but due to my credit report not having being updated with the same information I had sent them with my application form ie screenshot of payment from my bank for individual companies, I was declined again, if it wasn't for my agent doing all she could to help I would give one star, made to feel like you are a valued customer until there's a bump in the road with your credit reports :(

The agent that helped with this was Claire, she was amazing in helping me through the process, speaking of the process it did not take long to get through and had the money in my bank account very quickly.
When thinking of somewhere to take a loan I would highly recommend here no hassle no mess just enter your details get everything sorted and straight into your account and any questions or queries the agents are happy to help and are very friendly again Claire made the process go as smooth as possible for me and answered any silly questions I had.
So very happy with the experience and will use again!!

I applied for a loan during the week and Mari helped me with the application process and assisted in letting me know what information was needed . I signed and the money was in my account straight away the next morning . All in all a great and quick process so would definitely recommend Mari . Skyline who went above and beyond .
