Love the site definitely the arcade, and I know it's gambling BUT it really does get boring when it's the same winners everytime. You can buy all tickets and still no joy and still same winners pop up.bits great they are winning but would be nice seeing different names...

I really dont understand what all the fuss is about. Ive just seen the reviews below and they are so disgusting! Lol I think sky bingo has amasing promotions every day. The pay out on slots is fantastic. The customer care team are very helpful and professional. The games range is amasing. Really good site 100% recommend. Give it a chance. Be regular and don't judge by being on the site a few unlucky times. I totally disagree with the negative reviews.

Spent over £600 in two months on bingo, NEVER WIN!! even one line! SAD

I saw an advert so thought I’d join. Everything was fine, I registered and added my card with no issues.

I deposited £10 and suddenly my account became locked. I went to the customer service live chat to be told I NEED to send photo ID, a selfie, something with my address on. I told them I didn’t have a photo ID and I wasn’t happy to do that so I’d just have my money back. They REFUSED. They said you can’t have your money, it’s part of the terms and conditions.

I’ve spoken to the UKGC, who’ve confirmed this is NOT true for your first deposit-only for withdrawals of any winnings accumulated. I’ve put in a formal complaint.

Absolutely disgraceful. I read the terms and conditions, which state the following regarding ID

“7.5 Customers located in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man:

7.5.1 You will NOT be permitted to deposit, withdraw or gamble until we have verified Your name, address and DOB in accordance with our internal verification requirements and regulatory obligations.“

In short, it’s absolute cobblers. They let you join, encourage you to add a card/deposit to “finish registering” and then block your account.

They said it was nothing to do with the deposit-it was locked coincidentally after I deposited. So I got my wife to join. She waited 24 hours before depositing and guess what? The SECOND she deposited, she was told the same cobblers and account locked. I’ve reported this to the UKGC who are looking into my concerns.

Awful site! Don’t know what you have to do to win on this site any more! Used to be ok...lat few months - no pay out, wins , nothing decent at all, took 2 breaks self exclusion for a month at a time, came back, give it another shot....Spent over £400 in 2 nights! Absolutely zilch! Slots, scratch card, bingo... nothing! RIP SKY, never again.... everyone save your money....

Ridiculous over 200 wagered with 0 bonus. Time and time again deposits. Win small amount and then take take with 40/50 and no wins in site. Joke

Decided to give sky fix i mean sky bingo a try. This is the worst of the bingo apps. They make it clear its a fix. Played every day put a fair amount on.every game is the exact same numerical pattern.yet when there are hunderds the thousands of players in a game you never get to below 3 to go yet the exact same names win all the time. I am not compaining i dont win i am complaining because its clearly not fair as the same people win Sometimes 3times in a row.now the law of averages deems this impossible. Also funny how the same people win in every room i play in. How can they choose the same room as me and still win.. i know because they are bots. They have a bot type name.when hundreds of people are playing only a few same people apear in the chat rooms.why no more than couple if people chat?.
Now que the generic reponse about number generators and its a game of luck and how i should be a responcible player blaming me for sky bingo being a fix and not actually listening . AVOID ALL BINGO APPS .THEY ARE ALL FIXED AND USE BOTS. CLEAR AS DAY AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND CLOSED DOWN.DISSCUSTING..

I had been on another site for 15 years and fancied a change I have no complaints about the gambling side of things It is what it is
But host wise unbelievable. It's ok at night when they play the number chat games Bob can't be wrong but in the daytime the favouritism is very apparent. I wouldn't dare challenge it they would ban you!

decent enough bingo but the chat hosts need to get a life, no free speech, no banter, no opinions no facts allowed, can not talk about anything, they say zero tolerance but people get banned for anything, they need a sense of humour, serioul]sly

I’ve tried various sites but Sky Bingo is my favourite. A lot of people say it’s a scam. I signed up, played my first game and won!!! It really is just luck I believe. I enjoy the chat rooms and chat games.

i have been playing there for nearly 12 months on the bingo site and am totally fed up with moaning and having chat removed it is a site for certain areas and certain players to win all the time

After playing bingo here for years the chat hosts allow players to say and do what they want. This would never have been problem originally as zero tolerance. Now anything goes. Not professional.

Been playing sky bingo for around 5 years, but the mini slots are terrible always an error or telling you to reload, the mini games used to be good but they have a serious problem always have to reload every few mintutes, been happening the last 3 months

Happily playing bingo something I can do with awful Tinnitus. And they suspend my account and ask me to ring them. I can't use a phone because I can't hear properly. Unlike being deaf I have noise at a horrendous level. Ask me to use some app to contact them. I can't find how to use it. Will now my Sky Betting and TV account elsewhere, which I've had for over 20 years. Fed up with big companies trampling over folk. What I will say is the Bingo site is excellent easy to use etc.

Joined Sky bingo a while back. Played bingo on regular basis, with no luck, just losses. Same as others noticed regular pattern of same winner names.
I was warned by hosts for language in chat, for say what a :crap: game that was. then warned again for telling another person who decided to interupt my conversation with hosts to mind her own buisness.
Complaint to Sky team never answered, but they are happy to give run around, without addressing the actual complaint. So result, save money ,breath and heartache, play elsewhere.

I can understand you get a coincidence now and then, but when I'm waiting on one number, and 99% of the time, the next number out is always one out from mine, the order the numbers come out in is also very suspect , normally two in the forties, then two in the eighties and so on, not one positive thing you can say about the site , just ripping people off, so keep your money, and don't waste your time on it
