Amazing kind sellers approach

really nice and kind service from agents of Skousen. the originally ordered product was not available due to production delays during corona pandemic. Skousen was able to offer a similar product and deliver it with in 1 day.

All was good with Skousen

All was good with Skousen. However, I selected home delivery but later was basically forced by the delivery company to choose delivery at a pakkeshop – it was not clear whether the package would be left at my building’s door (instead of my apartment), in which case there would be no guarantee.

I'm really satisfied with the customer…

I'm really satisfied with the customer care. Their opening hours fit my schedule, there wasn't a long waiting time, most importantly no annoying waiting music. The guy was helpful and competent, we found a solution to my problem in 2 minutes. The prices are good and delivery was quick.

Fast delivery and wonderful service, but...

Fast delivery and good service. I bought a Væghængte emhætter - "EICO Firenze 60 W EM ECO". I give 4 stars because there was some misleading information on the website. It says "Capacity max .: 699 m3 / t", but is actually 590 m3 / t. Info from the manufacturer is 590 m3 / t. I hope it's a technical mistake. I have ordered from skousen.dk another time and I am satisfied.
