Great experience shopping on the website, was able to call for assistance to make a purchasing decision until 10pm in the evening which was great. Support team generally very good.... HOWEVER, the people they sent to install the washing machine were the worst. Not Skousen themselves. They made a mistake in the installation and then did not want to admit it. They were the absolute worst on the phone when we contacted them! We were stuck in between these guys, Siemens and Skousen with a washing machine full of water for several days. In the end, it was up to Siemens to fix the whole thing - which essentially meant replacing the washing machine altogether because apparently there had been a short circuit on installation.

I can only hope that Skousen stops collaborating with the subcontractor that did the installation. They were seriously the absolute worst.

We made the huge mistake of buying a washing machine online from Skousen on 13.02.2021 (Order number cannot be disclosed due to privacy/security reasons).

Two guys delivered the machine from EHB Montøren A/S and installed it. Then we used the machine once and observed that it was shaking terribly. We complained to Skousen, described the problem and wanted to use our "Fortrydelsesret". They told us that since the machine was used (once!), they could keep 40-60% of the machine's price, even if we returned it. However, they suggested that the machine is checked again by the installation personnel. Because if the transport bolts were not taken out, then this type of shaking problem could occur. We accepted this, and the inspection of the machine really confirmed that one of the transport bolts was just forgotten, which then destroyed the machine when we used it. So, Skousen accepted that the fault was not ours and suggested that we get a replacement. We said fine. They promised to bring the new machine on 06.03.2021. We waited for it between 10 am - 14 pm, but no one showed up. We called Skousen again and the employees both at the Customer Service and at the RMA (return merchandise authorization) departments confirmed that there was no booking in the system for a new delivery to our address. They admitted that they made a mistake regarding booking and promised that they will send it next week (which happens to be today). Again, on 13.03.2021, we waited and finally an employee from EHB Montøren A/S showed up with the new machine. However, to remove the existing washing machine and to install a new one is a 2-men job. Yet, Skousen did not book two people from EHB Montøren A/S. Naturally, the guy did not want (and could not) install the machine and suggested just to leave it. We denied that, saying that it should be installed properly and we cannot accept it as it is. So he needed to take the new machine and leave. We contacted Skousen's Customer Service again, they admitted once again their mistake of not booking two men for the job. They promised that they will look into the whole situation on Monday, but only God knows when they can deliver a new machine again.

The truth is this company HAS NOT BEEN ABLE to deliver and install a washing machine in a month now. They also have a terrible reputation regarding letting people use their "Fortrydelsesret". They just keep spilling customers' money and time. When you call them, they keep giving promises that they are NOT ABLE to fulfill on time.

We regretted 100% buying this washing machine from them. PLEASE keep away. Just please. PERIOD.

We will take this to "Forbrugerklagenævnet".

p.s. Skousen, please do not answer my message here. Use the time instead to FIX OUR PROBLEM.

Order on Sunday and got it by Monday. Will use it again

i bought a product on skousen.dk at 28.11.2020 but in 1 month the product broke down..Although I made the necessary application No one has answered so far.

Customer service people are nice but do not solve the problem. In my case i paid Skousen to deliver and install a dishwasher which they did not do.

It took 24 h from order to get it delivered to my door... Super fast! Great service!

I like Skousen's telephone sales service. You can chat with them, tell them what you're looking for and maybe which machine you're already interested in, and they'll recommend a better machine for the same price. We've done this twice now, with our fridge and clothes dryer. Both times they recommended a brand we were not familiar with that turned out to be very good.

Great service, politeness & on-time delivery. Product was great.
