Fantastic Service!

The job was to be started between 12 and 7pm however Mark called about 11:40 and said he was on his way.

Mark was professional and careful of the flat interior when taking out heavy bulky items.

Would use them again.

They rearranged the day of the pick up 3 times and only let me know after 1pm each time. When they eventually did come to pick it up they only sent one man who called me at 6am to ask what he was collecting (even though if specified and sent pictures) to pick up a 7ft sideboard which I needed to be enlisted to help put it into the van even though the website states they’ll do all the lifting and send a 2 man team to jobs that need it. I’ve complained as I feel like I did half the job for them but they tell me that’s just how it is and fobbed me off with a poor apology. Do not use.

I honestly usually don't complain as I also work with the public and I understand that usually is b=very difficult. However I have Ordered a full van same day online for an emergency clearance from a business that needs to be handed over to new owners tomorrow, they took a payment straight away, and I received a confirmation of collection between 7AM-7PM and at lunch time I received an email from an advisor to just say they cant do it today and will only do it on Monday, without even calling me or offering a refund given they can't provide the servicing they are advertising, and as it was meant to be a same day collection for a reason. I have tried to call customer service less than an hour after and the offices are conveniently closed. There is also no option online to request a cancellation or refund. Really bad service!

No fuss. Came at the correct time and took away all booked items (fridge, freezer etc) and extra items to make up a half load.

The men came on time, were very polite, cleaned up well and quickly - could not have been better

Easy to arrange online. Unwanted furniture disappeared in the early morning - never saw or heard them. Efficient operation. Would have been 5 star if collection date hadn't been changed twice.

What a fantastic service provided by Skoup. They gave a 12 hour time period and were here by 7am to uplift all of our unwanted items before our office was even open. I had initially asked for some items to be uplifted but was able to email using my order number to add more items

Wish I could leave zero stars. Awful experience start to finish. Avoid.

We ordered a Full Van which supposedly holds up to 800kg of waste. Our builders estimated that what they put out to be collected would have weighed around 600kg max. It was honestly laughable how little of the waste the driver took - the van at the end was a quarter full yet apparently the limit had been reached. The pick up was on Saturday 3pm yet the waste was taken to the depot and weighed on Tuesday morning which magically came to 840kg. Conveniently Skoup couldn't provide a picture of the van just before it was weighed so who knows what was added on from Saturday to Tuesday. Very poor experience which left us with a bigger headache than what we began with.

Great communication from the company and from drivers/collection guys Paul and Luke on the day. Very polite, mindful and friendly service. Would use again and definitely recommend this service.

Amazing service. Back issue has meant I could not manage to get some heavy things into the car and to the tip. Guy who came was just so incredibly nice. So thank you for such a superb service.

My only Regret is that I have not found Skoup before Spending hundreds of pounds to get my bin bags removed. Website is very easy to navigate. Priced really well, love the different bundles. I put my bin bags out the night before and it was gone by 10.30. Will use from now on. Thank you.
